I was in need of a new phone. I had previously gone to a similar repair/resale store, but they had closed. I saw this store while driving by, and looked them up online. The same day, I went in and was pleasantly surprised. They had multiple phones for sale. I wasn’t sure what I really wanted and Jon was able to help guide me to what was best for me. Do not go here! Ive had nothing but issues with this place! I brought my phone in to replace my broken screen and noticed after pick up that my camera was not focusing and blurry, so I took it in again. When I picked up my phone again my camera was still not working and guess what? My phone is now saying there is no sim card inserted! Im not able to make calls or do much. So I called them again, and they told me to file a claim with my insurance to get a new phone. They didn't even offer to help me get a new phone or anything.
