Been here a handful of times on my own as well as with my children and wife with me. All times I have seen various employees who were all friendly, working diligently and attentive to the needs of any customer in the store. They were friendly, and helpful. Gave you space but also made sure to be perceptive enough to check on you if you needed help or had questions about anything at all. They love to help you find what you need, even if it isn't at their store. Good people.
Now, for the items in the store. Range from fresh out of the box new and sealed all the way to sets that have no box or instructions but include ALL of the minifigures and pieces and are discounted greatly! Additionally, you can find several areas around the store with super discounted sets and builds. Great organization and store ambience. Also, there are several tables allowing you to make your own minifigures as well as allowing you to create bulk bags of LEGO pieces from large tables that hold thousands of pieces for custom building. Overall this is a 5/5 star establishment and I have personally met the owner of the store, Brayden, who is a great and friendly AND professional man who loves the customers and his work. Can't say enough good things about this place. I fell in love with this place and it just feels welcoming whenever I or my family come here. Businesses could learn a thing or two...

My son and I stopped in here on a whim when we were out together - I was plenty surprised by both the prices and the experience. There were lots of expert sets and collectibles, but less expensive pieces for the more imaginative and casual builders too!
My 10-year-old was able to put together his own 'Bionicle' via spare parts which he fit into one of the $15 tubs with a little room left over. We were both thrilled. Customer service was great and I think it would be a wonderful place for a party as well.
Even better, there's a spot for parents to hang out (surprisingly comfortable Lego couch) while the kids build. I had thought it might be a good place to find gifts, but really, it was a nice spot for a parent-kid outing...
Read moreThe Building was clean inside and the staff was friendly and polite, I'm sure the building experience is phenomenal. However, my experience as someone coming in to sell a set was negative. Their website as of the time of writing this review claims that they will pay cash for Lego. Upon arriving with my set ready to sell I was informed that they were only offering in store credit at the time. This frustrated me as I had now wasted nearly half an hour driving out to their location to sell my set only to be informed that the information on their website was incorrect and that they were only offering in store credit, something which doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. Due to this negative experience which is resulting from inconsistenties on their website and in store policy, I feel it necessary to leave a...
