I placed a couple of online orders and I needed to return some items. I went into the store to make the return and it took over an hour to compete the process. I understand that there were multiple receipts and it would take some time. I had the items that needed to be returned separated by each receipt to make the process go faster. Well the person that started to help me made a mess out of everything and the amount that was returned to me was not what I paid for the item. So, then the store manager stepped in and I thought that everything would be okay. I did the return 14 days ago and I still haven't seen the refund on the credit card. I called the store and they said call the 800 number. I called the 800 number and the first person said that the refund was issued and to call my credit card company. I called the credit card company and they said that there is not anything showing up or pending and that in order to resolve this Old Navy needs to show proof that the refund was processed. I had the credit card company hold while I called Old Navy back. Old Navy said I needed to talk to their research team and they would not talk to me with the credit card company on the phone. Read moreSo, I took my daughter to get some new jeans and tees for back to school, and it was also an amazing sale on almost everything in the store. The entire store was full of people. The sales staff was able to be rather polite and constantly refolding the merchandise and keep the overall appearance was orderly and neat, even with as busy a day it was. We ended having to try on some of the jeans, and there was a bit of a wait, 5 minutes, for the dressing room, but again the staff was again polite and kept things moving for the day they were having. My daughter spent a good amount of time looking for clothes, trying on clothes and making sure she was making good choices, we were there well over an hour, and there isn't one time I can think of that the staff wasn't polite and helpful. The only real wait, reasonably so, was the checking out. The line was about the entire length of the store at many times. But after about 10 minutes you were out the door, luckily there were several registers open for the volume of people that were there. I was happy we walked in today and the sale was awesome, but I was really surprised how well the store handled itself and the consumer was able to make their needs purchases and be on their way with no attitude or anything negative from the staff. Did try to purchase a shirt from the sale rack that had been marked down two or three times with little orange stickers all stuck over each other. When it rang up the cost was 4x the sale price and the employee didn't bother to tell me it didn't ring up as advertised, instead she stuffed it in the bag. I questioned why my three $7.00 shirts cost $44.00 and after reviewing the receipt I found the reason. One of the other $7.00 shirts was the Exact same shirt just a different color so I asked why they were both on the sale rack and both marked to the same price with orange price tags but one cost 4x the price of the other.
