Me and my aunt whent there and I have severe social anxiety but she was super sweet. when I got my order, I immediately tried it and she asked how it was, and me being overwhelmed by simply going outside. My aunt them asked how it was to me and I finally answered "too much ice" but then Abby asked if she should make it again and I just added a straw to fix a simple issue and I couldn't accept it to be remade all because of frozen water but still my aunt accepted for me after I declined. On 10/11/23, yesterday I went to the Starbucks drive thru and ordered just one coffee. It was about $7 so I handed the cashier a gift card that had $5 on it, as well as my debit card for what’s over $5. I didn’t get a receipt but didn’t mind, until checking my banking today and seeing that he charged the full amount to my debit and kept my gift card. Went Christmas shopping in the morning and decided to try Starbucks for the very first time, because I was tired and heard so much about their coffee. I just got a simple hot, caramel mocha latte or something like that. It was pretty good. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful.
