By us bein in this issue wit the world-If who ever says no inside service-Do delivery or Drive Thru-Atleast have the line movin as though we are inside-Hold on! Four different places I been to-Four different date-All of the four places it took them 30 minutes or longer to get my food-Hold on again! I cook everyday except Friday n Saturday-These are my get away days-Maybe I might get some negative response-But wit this issue that is goin on-You want us in the house-Think about it-30 or longer wait time is long-When lookin at the cars-People dont put on there mask until they reach the window to paid-Watch Closely-Anywaz I'm just sayin-Listen to wat they are tellin us-The quicker we get in n out-The faster this mess will be over n We're Safely Home-Meanin This Issue Is Forever Done-So in the meantime n Between time-I hope a Corporate-Franchise-Or Any Executive Person see this Post-Not let your employees know you're come-That old sayin-Look n Learn-You would be Amaze of the wait...
Read moreSo usually I don't leave reviews But when the food is bad and on top of that you call them and customer services is even worse 🤦♀️ i feel so obligated to do so. So i came to bakers drive thru ordered a quesadilla along with some other items and when i tell you this quesadilla was trash i mean it. It was like a hard chip with the cheese all dried inside worst one i ever had there. So i call just to advise who ever answered the phone & i describe to her politely what was wrong with my order and she says well we do measure our cheese 😄 Be Mindful this wasnt my first time ever having bakers guesadilla and i did in fact work at one on the taco bar so i told her that and she stays quiet for about 5 seconds and says well ? Do you want to come get another one rudely..... Like girl no that's not the point you work at fast food I get it you just need a job to pay your bills but still if you're gonna be making people's food or working in customer service at least do it...
Read more10:15 on a Monday morning, Ordered Combo burrito with green instead of red. Food was good and the timing wasn’t long. If my experience was limited to just Shelly(Hope that’s how you spell it) and the people making the food I would be inclined to give a 5/5 start review. My problem arose when the manager came out of the bathroom and began treating her customers as if they were some sort infection filled creature. I acknowledged her and continued about my business. When my number was called she was scalding her employees about me and many were visibly & verbally done with her tirade as soon as it began. If you guys are having a problem with turn over I suggest employing a more personable manager who is focused on running the business and services as opposed to creating a toxic work environment. I hope Shelly and the lot see this and know that they are appreciated. As for the manager I think some anger management and customer service classes...
