McDonald's — Restaurant in Riverside

So; a week and few days ago, I went to get adult happy meals. I got quite a few of them, because I have a big family. They all wanted a adult happy meal .I have 6 total adults in my house hold, and 4 kids. I go ,and try to get 10 happy meals. They gave me a hard time with that but I eventually got 7 out of 10 happy meals. I checked my happy meals and toys . I see that they gave me the same toy 7 times. I ask for different toys and they had a episode (they= an entitled young manager ) . They closed the window and never gave me the rest of my food . They never said to leave or told us they were giving me a refund so we stay in line. I get tired of waiting and I go inside. By then I was notified POLICE WERE CALLED!! At this point I'm still not being heard and treated as a trespassers. I had to wait till a security guard came in and ask me what had happened . I began to tell him I'm waiting on my food and that the incompetent manager was being unprofessional and was not doing her job. My food was not given to me then she screams (the incompetent manager) "I have the right to refuse you service " . To what I responded very disrespectfully at this point to give me my money back so I can leave . She took longer then 5 minutes to give me my money and then she SHORTS MY CHANGE snatches the receipt out of my hand and throws it away.. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 38.67 for 3 happy meals and I received 38.03 or so back. Only reason I knew how much it was ,was because I had ANOTHER receipt and it told me how much 3 happy meals were .lucky for me the security guard saw the whole thing and vouched for me because little misses entitlement wouldn't help me or give me my change EXACTLY. I have a video to prove this and I will post it . I hope McDonald's reaches back to me for this inadequate , and very unprofessional treatment. I hope one of the higher ups sees this video and relives her of her duty . This is so embarrassing the way everyone in the store kept looking at me because I was not gonna let her short my change after the whole...

I go here several times a week for breakfast (drive-thru and dine-in). I've given them the benefit of the doubt many times, but today, I finally admitted to myself that they're just not good like they used to be.

For the past several months to a year, they have been increasingly slow taking orders and getting through lines. I've come during breakfast hours several times, and the cashier takes close to 5 minutes per customer just to take orders. Of course, breakfast is usually over by then.

Pre-pandemic (and during the peak of the pandemic even), they had much better workers who valued providing good service. Honestly, the reason I'd come here nearly every day was because I was sure to be greeted with a kind smile and a highly competent worker who'd provide good service (and usually provide fresh food fairly quickly). I understand every business has bad days, so whenever the line was too slow and I was there before breakfast hours ended, they'd be understanding and still accommodate me.

Today, I arrived for breakfast with 2 customers ahead of me. The cashier had to call the manager to help with both customers. 10 minutes later, breakfast was over. When I told them I was in line during breakfast hours, the manager said, "Sorry, we're not serving breakfast anymore," and walked away.

I don't have any more hope for this McDonald's. I hope all the excellent workers they used to have are doing well. I'll just get my breakfast elsewhere from...

If it were not for the homeless it would be a 5 but the restrooms have to be entered by a token You ask for... The channel on their tv is on news all the time ... It infuriates people standing there .. Could you please put on sit coms such as Ilove Lucy,Everybody loves Raymond,King of Queens or Weather channel please maybe have a few tvs with different shows to watch as apple bees or buffalo ww has. Partitions arpund each boot would create privacy wheras you dont seem to be staring at each other or other guests presume that while you are merely trying to watch the tv. Thank you .. Privacy would be a next addition to each table n booth. The drive through is super slow compared to jarupa valley mcds they zip u in n out The speaker system n new kids hearing u but not listening to you repeat your order 4x n still get it wrong. i had a soda which was wrong and didn't test it b4 leaving the drive through. too late . Please enclose tbe drivethrough with concrete walls to block external noise out ... In n out has 2 drive throughs simultaneously n pay outs at 1 bldg but the drive throughs are 1 on each side and boy it flows smooth for fresh cooked foot until the exit of the place to tbe main road. Just food fer thought ....
