Just wanted to take some time to appreciate our local burrito staple, Miguel's Jr. This specific location has always smelled clean, the food has always been fresh, and their red sauce, is undoubtedly the most beloved condiment on this earth (nope that's not an exaggeration). Pictured are the original BRCs in their goodness. Now let's be real, this is NOT a sponsored review, I'm just a genuine fan. What I love most about this company is their customer service. Not only is this branch super kind and friendly, but so is the rest of the company! I recently emailed the website inquiring about an item of merchandise that I wanted to gift a dear friend that is a big fan, and although that item wasn't available, I received a response from a manager named Anthony R., and he really went above and beyond and not only responded, he personally took the time to solve my question. I got 2 breakfast burritos here on Saturday night, 15 minutes before closing time. Had rushed to get out as store was already closing, with 3 staff finishing up and cleaning. Unfortunately, as I was driving home, noticed my purse wasn't with me, possibly due to my rush to get out of the store. I immediately went back but the store and entire mall was closed. Been praying entire night that whoever found it would securely keep it as my wallets and all cards were in it. Went back the following noon(was told store opens at 12 noon), and asked front desk about it. Thank God🙏 they securely kept it and handed back to me, with everything intact in it. Very very disappointed. Store hours are listed as Sunday close at 7:00 pm, called and automated system says clues at 7:00 pm on Sunday. I arrived at 6:15pm on Sunday to buy food and it’s closed. I shook the door then manager says closed, I hold up 7 fingers he then shakes his head and holds up 6 fingers. Why close an hour early not short staffed the whole crew was there cleaning the dining room. If I treated my business the same way I’d have no customers.
