Panda Express — Restaurant in Riverside

The staff here are a bunch of bratty teen/immature adults!! I went to this location with my children to get dinner. My children can't handle spice so I kindly explained my situation and asked for a single piece of honey sesame chicken to see if my boys liked it because there is NOTHING else they will eat there. I was met with attitudes and dismissals. I asked for a manager and was told they did not have a manager, I asked for an assistant manager and was told they didn't have one of those either! They had horrible attitudes I asked what my options were because I didn't want to spend $9 for my kids to try a single piece of chicken and they told me that was my ONLY option and were incredibly rude, so I left this location and went to one a few miles away where they very kindly accommodated my request without so much as a single issue!!! I will NEVER return to this location at La Sierra and magnolia. They need to be retrained. I doubt they will do anything or if the franchise owner is even aware or that they even care! Doubt they read the reviews but if they do I have no problem discussing this...

Did an app order (app is horrible, some buttons don't even fit on the screen and I got an exception over and over trying to finalize. I have a large flagshit phone set to high res) and got there 1 minute past when my order was supposed to be done. I go to the online pickup area and takes about 3 minutes to ask my name, she goes and looks and says they are making it now, so at least it will be fresh... Fast forward about 10 minutes later and about 13 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready for pickup, then he seals up my bag without putting the hot sauce which I put a special note for on the order for, also didn't ask if I wanted hot or soy sauce, just sealed it up.

The kicker? I only got 2 basic plates, half and half with orange chicken and beiging beef. Worst part, if I had waited in line and ordered there it would have been...

Jasmine was rude and disrespectful. I was asked by a homeless person if I could help them get food. I went out of my way to spend twenty dollars to feed a stranger. Jasmine told me add checkout that I would have to have that woman leave, this was stated by her manager, she said. She was not welcome to sit and eat. After I was purchasing food for her. This is how african americans were treated, my people during slavery and jim crow. Now we're treating the homeless when people are willing to buy them food. She was not acting irate she was not yelling or screaming. She just wanted some food she asked me, and I was willing to purchase her some food. I think most people nowadays are 1 or 2 emergencies away from being in some real trouble financially, we need to start caring about each other instead of thinking...
