Update: I had a bad customer service situation happen last Saturday. When I tell you UPPER management was quick to resolve the situation - both the Owner and the REAL manager contacted me and fixed the problem immediately with no problem. I was emailed and called by Abraham and Jose who exhibited accurate and effective customer service resolution. They listened in detail to my unfortunate experiences, didn't make any excuses and took accountability to make my experience better and for all customers. It's because of them I will continue to patronize this location. I have been here multiple times for breakfast and there food is always good… today I decided to stop by for diner and order food with the family I got carne asada fries expecting for it to be good. I was so disappointed with the “Carne Asada” it was so rubbery and it came in big chunks it honestly looked like the meat they use for the burgers … never again will I eat here other than breakfast. It was so bad i didn’t even want them to re-make it… they offered but i turned their offer down. Overall, it was a great experience. The cashier was very friendly and fast her name was vietty (I'm sorry if I butchered your name). l. The food was good. I got the r special it was a burger with fries and chicken strips. The burger was a bit small but flavorful. The chicken strips were amazing 10/10 real chicken the best strips ever. The place is very clean. All hands one deck between customers every one cleans. Between my meal, vietty came to ask how everything was with a big, friendly, and welcoming smile.
