Such a great store with very cool and unique items for kids at an affordable price! As a college student, I'm not exactly the richest person out there, but I love getting gifts for my little siblings everytime I visit home. Terrible customer service over the phone 8/7 6pm, at first the lady employee answered the phone and then she hung up on me randomly and for no reason, without warning & then I tried to recall and she hung up on me 5 more times and the last time she put me on wait with elevator music for over 30 minutes and still no answer. Great store! I went in looking for 1 more gingerbread house making kit needed for a kids party. They were sold out but the mice lady up front went to the back and hunted down a box in a pallet and found me one. She went waaaay out of her way for me which alot of ppl wouldn't do. The store itself was a little messy but it's Christmas and they were doing their best to keep it stocked and neat. A+...
