I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this Cold Stone Creamery! Not only is the ice cream consistently fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor, but the service truly sets this location apart.

From the moment I walked in, the team was warm and welcoming. One moment that really stood out was when I couldn’t decide between two flavors — instead of rushing me, the staff offered samples with a smile and gave helpful suggestions based on what I liked. I ended up with a custom creation that was absolutely perfect (shoutout to the Birthday Cake Remix with a twist — game changer!).

I ordered two everybody’s triple pint spent $60 paid extra for add ons and they still messed it up. There aren’t any mix in’s and I made the mistake of using Uber eats and forgot to change the location to the one on iris( that one is amazing). I paid extra for Twix. I did double Heath bar double chocolate chips, double sprinkles there is literally nothing in the ice cream. It’s so disappointing and then when you call and complain, they do nothing about it or they say that it’s in the bottom of the ice cream which I did try to mix it myself there is nothing in there and if that was the case, then there employees need to learn how to mix the ice cream .It’s a waste of money and big mistake getting it from this location. Ordered a cake here in August, came to pick it up and it wasn’t made. They offered to give me another cake in a large size instead. I thought this mistake would be a one-time thing. Fast forward to December 2024, I ordered a very customized cake 3 days in advance. Came in to pick it up and once again… it was not made. Was offered one of their premade cakes but declined because what I ordered was a customized birthday cake.
