I took my little Oreo Cookii here for a teeth cleaning. I was told to be there at 10 AM to drop him off and call at 4:30 to see if he was done. When I called, they hadn't even started him yet because Dr Bradich didn't get there until 1PM. They close at 6 and wanted to keep him overnight. I said no, because he is my Service Dog. I got there at 5:45 and they had just started cleaning his teeth. Dr had said he had 1 loose tooth that needed pulled. When my baby came back to me after his cleaning, he didn't have any front teeth, top or bottom. He pulled 13 teeth without consulting me at all and I was sitting in the waiting room. My little 7 lb Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound was all matted and had a sore on his lip that took about a month to heal and still has no hair on it. I never got an explanation for why he pulled all his front teeth, except on the $354 receipt it said "complicated". I brushed them regularly so I know they weren't loose and were fairly clean, no tartar. No reason for pulling those 12 extra teeth on a 7 year old dog, that had just had them cleaned 2 years prior. I'm now looking for a new Vet, but scared. I have had a diagnosis by Sunnymead Vet of hip displasia and from this Vet that it isn't his hip but is his knee. Now I need a 3rd diagnosis, that will hopefully be the correct one. Good luck to you if you bring your animal here for a teeth cleaning, that you don't have my experience! I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude to Moreno Valley Animal Hospital, and especially Alex. When my puppy was diagnosed with parvo, I was completely heartbroken. I thought I was going to lose him, and I felt like the little bit of joy I had left in my life was slipping away.

But this hospital gave me something I’ll never forget — hope. From the very first moment, they treated my puppy with such care and dedication, and they treated me with compassion, kindness, and understanding. They didn’t just see a sick puppy; they saw how much he meant to me, and they fought for him as if he were their own.

This past year has been difficult for me — I lost my mom, I’ve struggled with depression and health challenges — and in the middle of all that, I found people here who reminded me that true goodness and humanity still exist. Alex, in particular, showed me patience and kindness that went beyond medicine. It touched me deeply and reminded me that I wasn’t alone in this.

Because of them, my puppy is still here with me. He’s recovering, finding his strength, and showing me every day how resilient love can be. I will carry the gratitude I feel for Moreno Valley Animal Hospital with me for the rest of my life. They didn’t just save my puppy — they gave me back hope.

Moreno Valley Animal Hospital saved my dog's life when another vet had failed to figure it out. My dog was wasting away before my very eyes. I took her to a vet twice and after blood work, an X-ray, and an ultrasound, I still had no answers, and I ran out of money. I felt horrible, helpless, and hopeless, and I knew she was feeling even worse. I didn't know what to do, but I couldn't give up. Thats when I called RUFF and they sent me to Moreno Valley Animal Hospital. I took her in and the doctor was great. He came in, looked at her, at her medical records, asked some questions, talked a bit about previous cases, left the room, came back and pondered some more, asked some more questions, pondered some more, came up with a diagnostic test, and the next thing I know, my Missy Girl went in for surgery and the doctor pulled out a black walnut that she had swallowed whole. The trees are everywhere around here and I never knew they posed a risk. It never showed up in the x-ray or ultrasound. She was as good as gone before, we were all saying our goodbyes, now she is back, full of life. I owe it all to the RUFF organization and to Moreno Valley Animal Hospital. Thank You! Thank You!
