I personally love Waba grill, unfortunately it smelt like there was a gas leak at this location. And I asked to speak with the manager bcuz I was feeling light headed. MANGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE. Alma, apparently she’s a manager, gave me Bombastic side eye and told me in a Spanish mumbled under her breath “chinga tu madre, pendeja”.. after confronting her about how I was light headed. First of all, very very rude on how she treats customers, second of all I know Spanish too so like… it wasn’t necessary to say that. And instead of offering me a cup of water or ask if I was okay. She went to go chit chat with other coworkers. By looks of it, all seem related bcuz they were out laughing and saying some offense remarks. That’s not right. Y’all need better management… never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Read moreWent in to grab some dinner before work and when I approached the counter I waited a good 5 minutes before any of the workers/cashiers paid any attention to the fact that I was waiting to place my order, despite the fact that the 2 cashiers were just standing around pretending to be busy. At this time there were no other customers waiting to order. While waiting for my number to be called another worker was sloppily sweeping around customers who were eating , trash from floor hitting their (and my own) feet, no "excuse me" or "I'm sorry" was said. The same neglect was shown to a couple of other customers who walked in and were ignored by the cashiers. When I picked up my order and began to ask for the little containers for extra sauce, the cashier rudely cut me off and with an attitude told me there was extra sauce in my bad (little sauce packets) and basically shoved my food towards me. Read moreToday we used the “free” delivery system. I checked the bill and noticed a service fee. This must be the way they ask us to pay for the tip. So we didn’t tip extra. Key words “we didn’t tip”. We tip using door dash all the time, which happened to be the 3rd party involved with our order. We were getting hungry, checked the status of the order, saw the delivery driver at Wendy’s. He was there for nearly 45 mins extra, with our food in his car, then decided to deliver that meal first. 1 hour and 30 mins later, the food was dropped off with a text. See picture for example. I want a full refund for this meal as it was delivered no longer hot. How are we suppose to safely eat this.
