The customer service here is horrendous at this store. I purchased a couple of halloween silhouette frames. I was referred to their manager when I requested a price adjustment because the items were mislabeled. (See picture) The manager Katie was extremely rude and horribly unhelpful. She stated that the label was for the bins. Yes, the bins that are holding the items I purchased. I told her that was very misleading and false advertising. Katie stated that the description of the bin is the label. Zoom in on the picture. It's not. It's only dimensions and who is going to break out the ruler to make sure it's the right item. I asked for her supervisor, and she told me he wasn't there and he would be in tomorrow. I said, "Fine, when can I call?" Wait for it... The manager, Katie, responded by telling me it was a federal offense to give me his schedule. I chuckled a little because she gave me his name and told me to call, but couldn't tell me when he would be in. I wasn't asking for his schedule. I just wanted to know what time I could call. I told her that I needed to figure it out and guess, right. She said, "Yes." If she was smart, she could've just said that I could call at 10:00 a.m. even if she knew he'd be there at 9:00 a.m. But, she really didn't want to help me and it...

We asked Katie for help, and although the system showed they had six in stock, neither she nor another associate could locate them. Disappointed, we decided to settle for a different color and continued shopping.
To our surprise, Katie didn’t give up. As we were browsing elsewhere in the store, she came and found us—with the exact quilt we had been looking for! She went above and beyond by continuing to search even after we had walked away, and then took the time to track us down in the store to deliver it.
That is true dedication and incredible customer service. Her commitment and thoughtfulness made our day. You don’t come across people like Katie often—her managers and supervisors should be proud to have her on their team. Thank you so...
Read moreI went to return cushions the cashier was really rude from the beginning but I tried ignoring it then when she told me the balance I informed her it was not correct and she must have missed something she rudely told me no she didn't even though she had the receipt. I then counted the cushions and asked her did she have the same number in the system just then the manager came( nice fellow) checked and realized she missed 2 cushions I did inform him that I advised her before the start of how many I had. He apologized and I did get my refund. I gave 3 stars because of him and the fact that I LOVE that store it's always clean and visually appealing makes me want to spend all my money I just really hate poor...
