Bought a L sectional sofa about 2 months ago. The couch started to wear out and break very fast, we tried out the floor model couch it was very firm which is what we looking for because we have back pain, but the couch we received was a not firm like the one we tried on. Then the arms rest frame break shortly after 2 months of normal use. Mor customer service said it was our fault to cause the damage by putting our hand on the armrest when getting up, therefore they can only do repair not replace ! Over the phone they told me it will take 3 days to repair at shop. In reality, the couch where they repaired the frame was returned to me after a month ! Then the 3 cushions will be delivered to me on 12/30/18, which is like 2 months from my repair request date ! Overall, i am disappointed with the quality of the couch, if you are considering any couch there especially like the one i bought, beware the quality is very bad. Read moreWe just moved into our new house but there was still construction to be completed so the furniture arrived and was not put to use right away. The delivery team never got my wife’s signature to show everything was working fine. When we go to use the chest of drawers the bottom two drawers wouldn’t open or close properly and the dresser had the same issue with a drawer as well. My wife called and they said a tech would be out in 2 weeks. The tech comes out with no parts or tools and said that it needs new rails and those take 2-4 weeks to come in. We called Mor to try to get a refund and they said we only had 72 hours to return it from when it was delivered.
