Hey look I'm going to The totally and brutally completely honest okay I know a lot of people put up reviews about places they've been about the service this that and the other etc, but look I don't feel that it's right for people to get on things like this to do a review of somewhere they've been or some restaurant they've eaten at and give a review about the place if they're not going to be truthfully honest okay ..
I'm sorry but I'm going to be truthfully honest about this place I've been in this McDonald's several times and I'm going to tell you the service here sucks I don't know what's going on with McDonald's franchise but McDonald's service in various places that I've been in a lot of different states and just about every McDonald's I've been to except for the exception of a nice amount this McDonald's right here every time I've gone here they're playing Mexican music playing in the background okay loud enough for you to hear it and like other McDonald's I've been to it's almost like you walking into a damn taco place okay lol lol .
Look now I understand that there are individuals that work in these who are from that Latin cultural background okay & again I understand & That's cool but for a customer to walk in there and you got more of that type of music loud enough where you could hear it playing in the background in the kitchen area loud like it like I said before it makes you think you walking into a damn taco joint instead of McDonald's.
like I said McDonald's has totally fallen off badly and I don't know what's really going on with the McDonald's corporation at the top but it's like the new CEO of the company doesn't give a damn anymore and they just are only intredtead in collecting getting our money anf tgeyve thrown Good customer service itself as a whole out the damn window .
Seriously they need to seriously send anybody who wants to work in McDonald's they need to send them to the same training that the people they hire for Chick-fil-A they need to send them to that training facility You know I don't know who the trainers that train the people for Chick-fil-A but they desperately need to take in McDonald's as a whole needs to send those individuals through Chick-fil-A's training Not saying that they need to train the people for McDonald's just like Chick-fil-A people but I'm just saying as far as you notice of the difference between when you go to Chick-fil-A and then you go to McDonald's it's like day and night Even if people the Jersey Mike's you have the same kind of mentality when they how they treat customers okay So I'm saying that to say that McDonald's desperately needs to change the way that they doing things because customer service has gone way way out the one out the damn window I don't know what the hell happened with McDonald's but they have fallen by the wayside badly I mean horribly bad when it comes to customer service not to mention the people that they hired these places they seem like they got damn attitude problems okay My thing is if you come to work with an attitude problem and you got issues you bringing that stuff to work that's not good especially when you asking one of them a question they got a attitude behind i but they let a lot of these franchise operators Just do whatever the hell they want to do nowadays and that's really not a good look on McDonald's park they have totally gotten away from McDonald's being what it used to be or what it should be cuz a lot of these operators just like I said they doing just pretty much whatever they want to do and the people that's working in there oh my God the service is horrible in a lot of these damn McDonald's it's horrible You walk in there and you pretty much standing there and everybody else's either back there in the back you may have three or four people back there working You see what I'm saying they're more concerned about the drive-thru and it's pretty much like damn the people that's...
Read moreMcDonald’s in Roanoke has been a disappointment to me lately. It seemed like a good idea to use them as a fast stop for breakfast on my way to work this past week. Unfortunately I was let down by the service I received. 🙁 The first day I ordered In the drive through and the lady taking my order seemed like should could not understand me so when I got to the first window and paid, I asked for a receipt the lady’s response was “We don’t have receipts” When I got to the second window and received my food it was completely the wrong coffee, I ordered a large and it was a small, it was not the correct flavor or made with the right milk. I just took it and said nothing because I was in a hurry to get to work. The next morning I went inside to order so that maybe we would not have as many communication issues. I made sure to get my receipt and everything on the receipt was exactly how I ordered it. I headed to work with my food only to realize after I was at work that they gave me a complete different sandwich than what I had ordered. 😑 I decided to try them again one last time the third morning in a row and the service in the drive through was rather rude just like the first time, and I received the wrong size coffee AGAIN. 😟When I asked the man about it his response was “I don’t know I guess that’s what you ordered.” After this past week I do not intend on visiting McDonald’s Roanoke anymore....at least not very often I’d rather take my business elsewhere and even pay more money for friendly service and an accurate breakfast experience. Read moreUpdate: Order wrong. Parked with no one in drive thru. They discriminate. Big time. Update: this location never fails to disappoint. Today I accidentally hit drive thru instead of table service. I had my young grandsons playing in the play place. I went up to advise the counter what I had done and the MANAGER said I had no choice but to change it in the app, which I had already tried to do. I could not figure it out and I do have a college degree. I’m not stupid. When I told the manager I could not find how to do that he turned and walked away. How incredibly rude. Left me with my 2 hungry grandsons playing in the play place with no way to get our food. I canceled the order. I will deny the charge with my bank. Heading to chick fil a Update. Frustration is the norm for this location. Ordered on mobile app. and arrived within 10 min. Was the only one in drove thru. Was told to wait. And I waited. While 2 cars pulled up beside me and were sent through ahead of me. Finally got to window and they parked me. Had given 1star. Manager realized we were being mistreated by counter help and was very attentive. Got us our missing food and delivered to table. Showed genuine concern that we were unhappy. Manager saves the day.
