Service extremely slow on most days, especially when ordering through the app. The worst was tonight.
Tonight, while there was a flash flood warning, I tried to enter the restaurant to pick up my mobile order, to find the door I was trying to open was locked (the one I usually enter through). After getting soaked I got back in my car and went through the drive-thru, waiting at the speaker and saying, "Hello?" several times until I drove to the window where they told me to back around. I said "I have a pickup order and the door is locked, can you get it to me through the window?" And they reiterated "you have to go back around." So I did, waited at the speaker again while getting rained on, where they told me because I had a counter pickup I had to enter the restaurant. I told them the door was locked, another employee spoke and said all of the doors were unlocked. We said again that we tried to open the door and it was locked. They denied it again, and told us we had to go in through one of the doors. I go in through a side door and retrieve my order from the empty lobby, only to discover at home that the large bag (the only bag there) only had our fries and drinks. The app was no help and I was in no mood to drive back in flash flood conditions to pick up burgers from employees who display such utter resentment and laziness despite only having one or two orders to fulfill at a time every time...
Read moreThe drive thru employees are usually rude but the service is usually quick. But my last experience was ridiculous. I needed to order 2 meals, after I finished ordering the first, the employee just said my total and told me to pull forward. I told her I wasn't finished yet and that I needed to add a sandwich. She again told me to pull forward. When I get to the window, he asks me if I was the person who "added" a sandwich. I wouldn't consider it "adding" when she interrupted me to begin with. But I said yes, she gave me my total and I moved onto the last window. They only had my first order ready, which I understand, that's all the first girl entered into the system. So I had to wait for my second sandwich. After are 6 minutes of waiting, I can hear a person in the store yelling "well they will have to wait!" At that point I was asked to move to a pick up parking spot. A few minutes later someone walked out my food. Read moreThe people that work here clearly don’t get trained properly because they have no idea what they’re doing. I pulled up to the window and the first thing said to me was “what did you order again?”. This was after waiting 10 min in the drive thru line, and 5 min to take my order because they were “having issues”. Once I did get my order the fries were upside down and all fallen throughout the bag. Let’s get real, majority of us only come for the fries. You can’t just place it in a bag and stand it up? When I asked for a replacement they said it would take 10 min for new fries, I only wanted what they already had, but standing in a bag preferably since I had already been waiting 20 minutes at this point. I was told they “threw out all the old fries”. Why on earth would they do that? There were at least 7 people behind me.
