Panda Express — Restaurant in Robinson Township

This is my third time going. The first two times are pretty good. I’m not even talking about the food because I already know it’s an American version of Chinese food. So I already know it’s going to be subpar. But the service at this place? If I’m paying more for two plates than these employees make an hour, they could at least be nicer. This little boy With a Gold plated chain in the fluffy hair (Which if he’s serving food and all that hair, he needs to wear hair net). I’ve never seen somebody make a plate fast been in the slowest manner. Dropping all the meat all over the prep table and then still putting it in my box. That pissed me off so much. That is disgusting and it is unsanitary. Then through both my plates inside the box there is teriyaki soup all over the back of my car. I will never go here again. And there’s a freaking Hair and my freaking food disgusting.

Watch… Next time they do a review for cleanliness for the local food places...

The food is always good but the service has generally become a bit of a train wreck in recent months. It doesn't seem to matter how far ahead we place our order, I'm usually left waiting for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes for my order. Tonight I placed an order at 7:15 for an 8:15 pickup. As I'm typing this tonight it's 8:40 and they haven't started putting my order together yet.

At least 3 or 4 times we've placed orders and they didn't have the large entree containers, leaving us with a mix of different sized containers to sort through that are unmarked, in the hopes that everything is there. Last time they shorted us an entire entree and I had to go back in because of that.

Just a disorganized mess. This seems to be more and more of a problem every time we come in, and this is going to be the last time.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a train wreck.

Can i rate it lower than a 1? First of all, this was opened recently, very recently so you would expect them to have their A game. Instead, the food was horrible, they obviously were not trained on how to cook the food properly. I have been to other Panda Express locations before and this was the worst, without a doubt. The employees did not care either, no discipline, no interest in what they were doing and it was obvious from how they served this slop. I think prison food would be better than the garbage they served. If there is even a Manager at this restaurant, they should be fired immediately and replaced. Close this location and start over. I should have known when I walked up and the glass door was covered with plywood. What a joke. Also, it was like 100F inside this restaurant and extremely dirty. Avoid this place. Anything is better than this...
