I recently had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts, and I feel compelled to share my review. At around 2:30 pm, Friday the 19th of May . I visited the store and was surprised to find it completely empty. As the only customer in the drive-thru, I expected prompt service. However, my wait lasted for about 5 minutes until a staff member with an attitude finally acknowledged me.
When I informed her that I was trying to place an order while there was no actual line, I hoped for an apology or an explanation. To my surprise, she responded by locking the ordering window and filming me with her phone. Another employee joined in on this unprofessional behavior, further exacerbating the situation. Frustrated, I decided to park my car and enter the store, but they had locked the door as well.
After about 3 more minutes, a man emerged from another door, and upon inquiry, he identified himself as the manager. I attempted to explain the issue to him, but he promptly dismissed me, saying he needed to consult with the employees first. He went to the window for a brief 20 seconds and returned, informing me that they had the right to refuse service. This response left me feeling unheard and disrespected.
Given this poor experience, I have shared the incident with my colleagues, and we have collectively decided to boycott this particular Dunkin' Donuts location. It appears that this store lacks effective management, and if these issues persist, it may face serious...

I'm never mean or nasty, in fact, I order over the app so I can assure that my food is done on time. But it's always 20 minute wait times for a coffee (with no one in the restaurant). I really wanted to give this place a chance because it's right next to my job but I just can't. If you order over the app they make you guess when your food is ready. I was told I should ask if my food is done and not just wait until they call my name, and then even when I do that they give me attitude because I'm being too pushy... i just don't know how to win. The last time I was here I had to reach over the counter to grab my food that was ready, the lady never called or said it was ready, it was just sitting there so I grabbed it.
