I'm giving 2 stars only and it probably doesn't deserve that. I live right around the corner and it's very convenient for me to come here. I'd say I probably visit 2x per week. Each time I visit, usually after 5pm or so, I DREAD Danielle at the window. She does not care when they make a mistake, she just almost shoves the bag at you. She doesn't even try to smile, doesn't make an effort to reach the food to you all the way out the window. She is never happy, seems like she just goes through the motions and just seems lazy. The other girl that usually works with her isn't any better and I ALWAYS say I'm NEVER going back, but like an idiot, out of convenience, I do. I'M surprised BK doesn't realize what a dud she is! BUT THEN TODAY HAPPENED!!! Today is 9/23/17 (Saturday) around 6pm. I pulled into the drive thru and this super upbeat, friendly voice said "Welcome to Burger King, this is Kristen, what can I get you??" So welcoming! When I pulled up, she smiled and said hello and really it was such a 180 that I had to mention it. Danielle behaves as though you're a total bother and here was Kristen very friendly and made you feel good about going there! I will also say, there are these two ladies that are a bit older that operate the windows in the morning. A blonde lady that practically sings at you when you give your money and the dark haired lady at the main window who is a staple and fabulous. Those two morning ladies and Kristen are fabulous. They exemplify what the customer is looking for! Good service with a smile! BUT I'm giving just 3 stars because of the couple bad apples in the bunch that ruin it for everyone. I also want to call out around 5pm or so one day, an African American younger lady was at the window and she was fabulous too! It's just Danielle and her sidekick (Jessica) and one of the guys that don't seem to like customers, or even their job! We need more Kristen's!!! Please listen to your loyal customers! Read moreMiss Manager Christy believes that if you’re going to order here, you must repeat your order at the window, not once, not twice, but three times in order for her under the influence employees to complete their jobs. This gives her the opportunity to come to the window, ask you for your order for a 4th time, then… reads your order from the screen that was open the entire time… and ultimately will deny you service because you may ask what in the deep fried whiskey tango foxtrot is going on right now, where she will then proceed to educate you on how it’s “inaccurate to say you ordered a chicken nugget meal when it clearly states you ordered a medium 8 piece chicken nugget with an orange soda and medium fry- there’s a difference, so we couldn’t understand you”. So, if you can’t repeat your order word for word exactly how the menu has it labeled, back to her stoned and extremely misplaced employee, Christy will come to the window, very ready with all her problems pent up ready to burst, direct them at you and will deny service. I guess Christy doesn’t feel her employees should have to read the order screen nor know how to manage a drive thru line, and it is the customers fault, and their responsibility to hold her employees hand to complete her employment duties. Not surprised that we immediately went down to McDonalds to retrieve my geriatric friend the meal she requested, and what do you know, I was in and out of their drive thru in less than the time the BK employee stood there and stared at me. No deluded managers holding up the drive thru line during the lunch rush ready to argue nonsense while supporting their staff being under the influence and an overall poor customer service experience. Read moreAs we walked into the BK there was an employee standing behind the counter. We got his attention and he asked for another person to come help us. We were the only 3 customers in the whole place. The girl he summoned did not seem to be too excited about helping us as her demeanor was rather sullen. I gave my order of a Whopper meal. My husband ordered a Whopper sandwich only without mayonnaise. This special request seemed to goof her up as she repeated our orders back to us incorrectly. This part went on for way too long as she couldn't seem to speak to us. She spent her time talking into her mouthpiece yet she should have been speaking to us. I asked her several times to slow down and speak up. Her customer "service" was pathetic. No smile. No hint of customer care. The other employees walked by with the same rudeness. Absolutely no hint of courtesy or customer care from anyone in this place. We should have cancelled and left. Unfortunately, we didn't and we were treated to the worst hamburgers we have ever had at a BK. Both burgers were old. Must have been sitting out for a bit of time. The fries were mushy and not hot. I guess the other order of a milk shake was fine as our daughter had no complaints about it. Upon leaving, she too mentioned that the staff was unfriendly. We wasted $13. We threw out the burgers halfway home. If you are really wanting to go to BK-don't go to this one. Bad service...
