No other reviews matter except this one, believe me I found out the hard way. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! In fact they were so unprofessional and sleezy I would never buy or lease a vehicle from here. I have never had such bad service at any dealership in 25+yrs. Here is my story, my experience has been an absolute disaster. I brought my vehicle in for a service appt on a Tuesday. I was very specific on the warranty work I needed done and even printed the service bulletins that had play by play, parts, and time to fix. The tech, Kyle said I would have the truck by Thursday or Friday at latest and told me each item they inspect will cost close to $200. I have an extended warranty that I ensured covered all this work and doubled checked directly with the warranty company to be sure. Well Friday rolls around and no updates from dealer so I call in the afternoon. Come to find out that Kyle went on vacation and the truck hadn’t even went in for service yet! The guy I talked to seemed surprised and told me to call back Monday to get an update. Well Monday rolls around and I call. No updates and technician is gone for the day. They tell me to call back Tuesday morning. I’m now without a vehicle for over a week and it hasn’t even been looked at! Kyle, fresh off vacation, calls Tuesday and gives me a long line of surprise that my car isn’t done yet, they are still investigating issues and oh the parts aren’t under warranty and it’s going to be hundreds of dollars to fix each issue plus I will need new brakes another $600 dollars. Nickel and diming at its finest. I told him to double check the warranty again because I am certain all the work is covered and I only pay a deductible. Sure enough he comes back and says it is covered after arguing with me multiple times about it on multiple occasions while trying to charge me for the work. I could see right through the sleezy attempt at trying to ring up a large service bill. It’s really disgusting to do this to honest people who are trusting the dealer to do a straightforward job. How many people have been scammed like this here by this guy. Personally my opinion is that I would have Kyle fired, it is a very poor reflection on the dealership as a whole. I will never go there again for service and never think about buying a vehicle there. In fact I called the service manager and no response yet. This place is run very poorly. Run, do not walk from this dealership and save yourself the pain and hassle I am experiencing. I would love to provide an update to this if my experience gets better, but unfortunately I’m still living this mess and still no vehicle and no eta on fix. Of course this is all my opinion and you can do what you want, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. Too bad I couldn’t give them zero stars. *Was hoping for a more positive update, but here is how this ended. Miraculously after putting up this review and some uncomfortable conversations with service my vehicle was finished up toward end of day today. I went up to pick it up and all staff is pretty much gone including my tech an hour before close. I mean the place is dark and it’s just me and the valet assistants. I wait for 30min for my car to be pulled up because they lost my keys. Finally they pull the vehicle around and they didn’t even have the decency to give it a quick car wash after having it for a week and putting me through absolute misery. Still waiting on that call from the service manager too. I will likely be taking my vehicle to another dealer to double check if all the work was even completed. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever...
Read moreI purchased a 24 Dodge Hornet GT on September 22nd. September 23rd I called my salesperson Nick to inform him I found flaws in the paint (discoloration) as well as an outward dent and I wanted to know why the wireless phone charger didn't work nor the automatic lift gate. I was told he'd get back with me after playing phone tag and text messaging for a week. Nick said I couldn't get in for service until 10/30. I finally asked to speak with the manager in sales, service manager, and the body shop manager. I was directed back to my Nick each time. I wasn't satisfied with the answers that Nick gave me so I asked to speak with the general manager. I received a call from Lincoln the general manager. I informed him of the situation. I received a call the next day saying that I could drop my vehicle off for service and they had a loner vehicle for me to use. After a week I received a call today 10/12 saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Come find out my car was never equipped with a wireless charger or an automatic lift gate. Why did the Nick point those features out to me if I didn't have them? When I dropped my vehicle off for service. I took a picture of the mileage. Someone had use my car to go to lunch or take it for a quick spin. They couldn't explain the extra miles. They tried to make it like I was lying. However, their paperwork confirmed the mileage that I had in my picture but no one knows why it was off. But then they want to get upset me for questioning them. The miles didn't magically appear. The general manager brings to my attention. "You know how many vehicles I own on this lot? No one used your vehicle for personal use or joyride, we don't do that". Well, somebody was in my vehicle and it's no excuse. Since when do you drive a car 5 miles to do diagnostic testing on wireless charger or a lift gate. Not to mention, it wasn't noted anywhere in my notes. The sales person Nick had the nerve to tell me "no vehicle is perfect". Well, me as the customer if I can see the flaws with my naked eye then it's a problem, especially when you're spending close to $40,000 in today's economy and during a strike. Nick was super nice until he secured the sale after that, he acted as if I was bothering him or getting on his nerve. This isn't my first, second or third purchase of a vehicle. I have 29.5 yrs with Stellantis/FCA/ Chrysler. Always remember the bad word about your company will spread a lot faster than the good word. It's a good idea to be respectful and keep your customers satisfied. I have documentation and proof to back everything I'm saying. This is in no way intended for defamation of character. It's just a honest review. I forgot to mention Nick asked that I give him a (ten) good review on the buyers survey...even after he back doored the loan officer I was working with at the credit union. I told him up front I got approved through my credit union he informed me they worked directly with the cu. I received a call 3 days after purchasing my vehicle from the loan officer(Joy) at the credit union asking me if I want to complete the loan. I informed her I had already picked the car up. She called Nick on a three way call asking if he knew she had already secured my loan. They went back and forth for a few minutes Nick ultimately hung the phone up in her face. It wasn't enough to get the sale commission he wanted the finance commission as well. Bad business ethics. I did receive 2 free oil changes, not that they offered. I had to asked to be compensated for my time being so...
Read more2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L V8 I don't normally write reviews and pretty passive in most situations to give the benefit of doubt. But I am extremely disappointed and angry with the most recent visit I had to have my check engine light serviced. I have always brought my Jeep here for service and maintenance issues since I bought it from this location 4 years ago but I will never take it here again. Prior to dropping my Jeep off on 3/3/23, I did my own research and got a diagnostic on why my check engine light was on, so I had knowledge of the issue. I even stated to the service representative that it should be an easy fix, given that it was just an issue with the purge valve. I also stated that I needed an alignment, due to my rear tires wearing unevenly. I receive a phone call today, 3/6/23, informing me that indeed my purge solenoid needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to tell me that they could not do an alignment unless I got 4 new tires, which is untrue. Only rear tires need to be replaced and are covered under warranty but an alignment can still be performed. He then added that my spark plugs needed to be replaced as well for a ridiculous cost of about $550. My spark plugs themselves are about $200 and the labor to replace those plugs is simply removing 16 screws that are extremely accessible. Any mechanic that has replaced spark plugs on this particular engine knows this is not $350 worth of labor. So I declined replacing the spark plugs and 4 new tires and stated to just replace the purge solenoid for $358. I thought that maybe there were more components that needed to be replaced as well so that's why it was so expensive. Upon picking up my Jeep and receiving the invoice though, I noticed that the purge valve was the only part needed to be replaced, which was $38. And they charged $320, 2 hours of labor, for a 20 minute job that requires 3 extremely accessible connections to be removed from the old valve and connected to the new one. This type of over exaggeration of labor and pricing is deceitful and bad customer service. I would have gotten an alignment and had the spark plugs replaced had they not over charged labor on a simple job. There's an expectation that we pay for the convenience of not having to do some of the simple repairs ourselves, but that doesn't warrant charging hundreds of dollars more for the labor though. Please do your own research before taking your car to get serviced. It's a shame that businesses try to take advantage of people. I will no longer take my Jeep here...
