EDIT! Now the manager wonât disclose if they have any blankets says come out and check so I have multiple times pallets sitting there for weeks, backroom full! Waste of my gas and time they hardly put anything out, his excuse is theyâre remodeling. Who the WORKERS? lol Thai stores a joke so itâs the manager CALLING CORPORATE! I drove an hour to the store after I was told they had the hello Kitty blanket that I was looking for. The employee was nice enough to tell me that it was there, which most stores wonât disclose that they have the blanket now. plus a no hold policy, which isnât even a written policy. Some lady behind the counter goes over the intercom to tell all the employees youâre not supposed to hold any blankets itâs against policy for what reason idk it wasnât on hold! so the lady that works in home department came up front and showed me where the blanket was at next thing you know the same person that announced that on the headset comes rushing back to yell at her.. I called to report this to the manager and corperate⌠the most upsetting part about this is another worker treating that employee like that and they allow such behavior when these workers get paid basically next to nothing.. Marshallâs already went viral for blocking a woman in the isle telling her she canât buy multiple blankets but yet when I returned a Xmas one the worker at tjmaxx put it on hold for herself?. I think Sanrio should cut all ties with this company before it ruins their reputation plus fire all the employees that are on a power trip! I hope that lady sues the company tbh because the manager didnât say it wasnât allowed to treat the employees like that you just canât do it...
   Read moreExtremely poor customer service, went in to grab a few hangers- They had about 20 on the shelf, and none had a price tag. I asked an employee who took a hanger and came back after 10 minutes, she proceeded to tell me it was $10 dollars each for the WOODEN hangers. When I got to the register the employee noticed there was no price and I explained to them what had just happened- the lady next to the young boy proceeded to say in a very arrogant and rude tone that there was no way those hangers were $10 and that I should know that online it costs a lot more. They called the manager who later came back and said the employee who told us the price simply did not know what she was talking about, and said those costed $16.99 instead, and that if I was not satisfied for me to buy it online. I asked them to bring back the employee so I could ask her again- incase I heard it wrong and she refused to do so. I understand customer service jobs are not easy as I had worked in them years ago but over I was simply tread in an extremely rude manner as they all said it in ironic and rude tones as if I had lied about the whole thing- Keep in mind this all occurred in front of a bunch of other customers for 10 minutes so they essentially embarrassed me In front of everyone. Store was also extremely messy with poor quality clothing and so on, very sad to see this occur as I have been going to this store for over 8 years, will definitely choose to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the hall road...
   Read moreWhere do I start⌠I guess with the mess. This store needs to be looked at by the owner. This store is so messy itâs honestly a hazard. I am pregnant and the amount of items left of the floor⌠ridiculous. Next, you cannot get anyone to actually help you around there. Trying to get a rug from there was a pain. Asking many associates for assistance to be there for longer than 20 mins and still not receive assistance, terrible. Finally get the assistance and they take even more time cause they donât know where the tools are to remove the rugs of the things they hang on. And when they finally find it donât even try to wrap it properly! The woman that claims she is a manager of 20 + years, attempts to argue the fact that they donât use shrink wrap to wrap the rug but they use cheap tape. For a person who shops at homegoods and all the other stores that sells rugs, I know this isnât how itâs done....
