Another update: another visit another fail. I pulled up a little after 11 and lunch menu was up I order. And then they say lunch isn’t being served until 1130. I ask why the lunch menu was up and when did they change this to 1130? The girl has no idea. So I drove away it’s inexplicable that anyone could manage a simple McDonald’s this poorly.
Update: well this place is bewildering. This Sunday morning I got there at 11:01. The lunch menu was out. But when I went to order they said they don’t have any lunch food yet and wouldn’t have any for a while. This is happened before at this place but I thought they were getting better. I guess they are back to their old habits. Bottom line I’d probably just recommend you go somewhere else. Sigh.
Update: I don’t know if they’ve changed owners or maybe I just got lucky last three Sundays, but for some reason this place has really turned things around. The staff is all very pleasant and efficient now. The food is actually served on time. Even the lines seem to be served much quicker and so this less waiting. Kudos for making the change because as you can see below this used to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at now I would raid it right there.
Previously: For more than two years it has been the Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and consistently that way. I have to go here every week because it’s near my mothers. Always slow and today they tried to charge me 1050 for two fish sandwiches! I asked why they weren’t charging me six dollars for two sandwiches and they said they don’t do that anymore. Over $10 for two fish sandwiches (not the meal) is not even their normal price. So I change the order to a single fish sandwich and they still charge me the meal price just for...

My child was sitting in our Tesla, enjoying his meal while playing a game. The store doesn’t offer any place where kids can eat and play comfortably, so we chose to let him eat in the car. After he finished his Coke, we simply walked back into the restaurant to get a refill — something that’s always been allowed as long as you’re a paying customer.
The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight. Yet, the staff member immediately stopped us and accused us of trying to get a free drink without paying. Seriously? I calmly explained, gave him our order number and time, and even pointed out that we had just been there a few minutes ago.
But instead of showing any basic courtesy or common sense, he gave us a dirty look and said, “You already left the store, so no refill.”
I was shocked. I came back in with my own cup, after just buying food and drinks, and was treated like some low-life trying to scam a free Coke. I drive a Tesla, for God’s sake — and this guy is acting like I snuck in from the parking lot to steal soda? Unbelievable.
It’s not about the Coke — it’s about being treated with zero respect, like I was beneath them. The arrogance and attitude of the staff were disgusting. Enforcing a policy is one thing, but treating a paying customer like a thief? That crosses the line.
This is what happens when people are given a little bit of power and no training in customer service. If this is how this location treats its customers, especially families with kids, then they can keep their Coke. We won’t be...
Read moreI used the drive thru on my way to work. Just ordered two sausage burritos. It was a little after 6am. At the time that I ordered, there was only one other car in front of me and they were about to receive their food. I was patient, never yelled or got upset. And I figured if I had to wait it was probably a one-man show inside. When the young man got on the mic to start my order he said, “K, wha do ya want?” I don’t need a warm, fancy greeting because it’s early in the morning, and he may be tired, but try to be professional. When I told him what I wanted, he was very rude and cut me off and then I clarified. Once I was finished he said, “K-pull up.” Like while taking my order he was talking to me like I was a hassle and an inconvenience. When he gave me back my card it was almost shoved in my hand. Again by that time there was one car behind me, and two cars had pulled into parking spots and one coworker looked like they were on break but eventually going back inside. I didn’t get a receipt but I’ll be looking to see if he charged me correctly for the buy one, get one for $1. If I do get McDonald’s before work in the morning, I normally go to this location because it’s normally pretty quick going through and not a whole lot of cars so I know I can get in and out. And again I wasn’t upset or mad because I figure people inside are probably tired and for the time being it was a one-man show. But I don’t like being treated like a hassle or inconvenience. Pretty...
