Cottage Inn Pizza Rochester — Restaurant in Rochester

Photo doesn't do justice...when I tell you this is my 4th time ordering this, this Month....@ Cottage Inn Pizza Rochester location on Main Street. This pizza is so delicious. I typically order it Thin Crust but tonight ordered it regular crust, I get Olive Oil sauce with the old pepperoni as a topping, hot honey drizzle and garlic parmesan butter crust🔥🔥 The salad is called the cranberry walnut salad...seriously look at the toppings for this $10 salad...it's a steal... this is honestly so delicious, more than plentiful in all the toppings and the quality is excellent. I order it with raspberry vingegette however they have like 10 different dressings to choose from. I ordered thru doordash and they have a 20% off coupon right now, after delivery fees it's about the same as ordering in person...order yourself dinner tonight delivered from Cottage Inn. It definetly doesn't...

The service when picking up was not very good. The lady at the counter made me wait as she had a conversation with one of the delivery drivers then opened the cash drawer to tip him out. Then after standing there for about 4 minutes waiting for service she finally acknowledged me. She then informed me that she had not started making my pizza yet which was supposed to be ready for pick up 10 minutes prior. It took about another 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. The pizza tasted very good and I was very happy with the quality but the service was not very good. I will try again in a couple months and if it is better I will update my review.

UPDATE: I have gone back twice, and there has been no consistency in how their pizza is made. No one wants to wonder if they will get the same product each visit. I have ordered a total of (3) pepperoni pizzas and none of them were the same. 1st one - Great! 2nd one - No flavored crust per the order. 3rd one - heavy cheese, extra greasy, soggy bottom. I think I will stick with other pizza places where consistency is stable.
