I just wouldn't go back to her. She gives off weird grimy energy. Long story short, she would never answer her phone, canceled my follow up appointment so she can go teach a class. Then she got surgery, then she went on vacation, totally neglected me as a customer. By the time she was done and available, my Botox wore off. Then I went back, told her that my forehead still had wrinkles and lines after our Botox session. She said she put more in my forehead. 2 weeks later, she revealed to me that she in fact, did not put more units in my forehead. I sent her a message , since she never answers her phone, she finally responded and said she will add more units FREE OF CHARGE. I go there, and to my surprise, she charges me full price. I confronted her and she made up some bs on the spot saying that bc it was a "full treatment", she can't honor her promise.

Maybe if she didn't cancel my first follow up appointment, she would know how many units were needed in my forehead. And maybe if she kept her promise of free of charge follow up appointment for my second round of Botox, I would've stayed and recommended her to my friends and family. Which I actually have and I had to follow up a them and tell them to not go to her.

I provided the text messages. She also said to find another injector when I complained about her never following up a me, and my Botox isn't performing. Where is the accountability?

This was my forehead both rounds of Botox, first them then she ignored a follow up for 4 months and second round of Botox. Two more weeks until the 10 other units kick in, TAHT I PAID FOR THAT WAS MEANT TO BE FREE OF CHARGE.

Edit: I just want to respond to her reply. She did NOT put in effort to reschedule me after my first Botox appointment. She had no one working at the front desk (just recently hired someone) so therefore, wasn't answering any of my calls. And the text messages I did get, were her unable to take me in because of her teaching a class, or her surgery, or her vacation. I kept waiting until the Botox (that wasn't complete or up to standard) wore off. I have proof if you need it.

ANOTHER UPDATE: so the three appointments i had here (I guess I don't learn my lesson, I really tried to give her a few chances) my Botox only looked good 3 weeks after the 2 weeks it kicked in. It wore off after the 5 weeks in total. ALL 3 TIMES. I thought the entire time she wasn't using enough, SHE OVER DILUTES THE BOTOX THEREFORE SHE CAN CHARGE YOU MORE UNITS FOR STANDARD RESULTS. Honestly you are better off going to an actual clinic where the Botox doesn't come from the nurses pockets. She's so stingy with the Botox that...
