Iām a frequent flyer here because itās my closest location, but the service is slower than any other Dunkin Iāve been too. In fact, other Dunkinās in the area have told me straight up this is the worst one. It will often take over 20 minutes to go through the drive thru when Iāve put in a mobile order with only 2 people in front of me. The speaker at the drive thru is also so quiet I have to lean in closer to hear. I will say though when Rachel is working, things are more efficient and I get the correct food quickly. Thanks, Rachel! However, over the past three years though Iāve noticed a steady decline in service here. My most recent visit I was in the drive thru for a while then decided to just go inside to find the door locked and a man shake his head at me. I had already paid for and put in a mobile order for the drive thru so I said ok, Iāll just go back in line after having waited 15 minutes already. When I got to the speaker, there was silence for a few minutes (itās not too unusual for it to take a while) but after enough time I pulled up to the window to see no one inside. When I went to the front of the store Iād discovered they closed early because an employee/manager? quit in the middle of the shift and walked out. I really just wanted a refund because I figured if they made it in a way I didn't like it the first time, they'd probably do it again... and I was right. She remade it but it was completely doused in cinnamon this time. I just left with it because I figured it wasn't worth my time. If I got the same drink from the new Dunkin on Cherry Road and held it next to the one they gave me, it'd look completely different. The new Dunkin Donuts on Cherry Road is the one everyone should be going to; they are top notch. This location however... I was very polite and explained that other Dunkin's made it differently and wanted a refund. I'm not sure what was so hard about that. There was no need for the passive aggressiveness I received. The photos I attached... that is the amount of cinnamon she put in there. The cup was full, she did not only fill it half way. I tried to drink some since I paid for it but ended up stopping, so that's why it's halfway full. But the amount of cinnamon is all on the employee I spoke to today. The drink was supposed to be an iced caramel craze. Never had this issue at any...

I ordered 3 drinks on the mobile app and when I got there they let me know they were out of coffeemilk so they couldnāt make my drinks. I asked if them could just add regular cream and a sweetener and they refused because they said they werenāt allowed to do that because it would be more money. The only option was to reach out to corporate for a refund and go into the store and order three new coffees. Fun fact I went inside and ordered three new drinks, which were the same I asked them at the window, and my order was actually cheaper. So now Iāve spent $30 on three coffees and have to wait for Dunkin corporate to reach out to me.
I canāt imagine the owner of this franchise or anyone in management reads these reviews because of how poorly run this place is, so Iām probably just wasting my time. But hopefully this review saves anyone else from wasting $30 and half an hour at this horrible excuse...
