McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Absolutely the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. I went in and placed a simple to-go order to take home to my nursing wife. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I approached the counter again to check on the order...after assuming I was someone else, they tried to hand me an order for "Walker" but I said no, mine is under "Brian." They then checked over by the Doordash area and found my order which had been sitting there for several minutes. Once I got home, I found out that my sweet chipotle chicken sandwich was missing, the bacon for my wife's spud was missing, and we had received a random chili side that we hadn't ordered. At this point, I tried to call the store to get a refund but the person who answered, I believe his name was either "Brandon" or "Tanner" said the manager could give me a refund when I came back, obbiously I wasn't about to drive back and when I started to say "no, I would like the refund now" the employee hung up on me. At this point, I went to site for the survey that was on my receipt to complete the survey but the employee must have done it himself because I got an error message that my order number had already completed a survey. Save yourself a headache and just go up a couple exits to the Baxter Village location. I'm shocked at this unbelievable experience. I don't blame the employees at all, this is a top-down issue and the management or owners are the reason for the poor quality of this location and corporate should...

This is the worst McAlister's Deli that I have ever been too. First of all I was going to order potato soup in their bread bowl and they told me they were out of potato soup. I said that's fine and ordered their broccoli cheddar soup in their bread bowl and I ordered my boyfriend a ceasar salad so we went and had a seat waiting for our food. Well while waiting for our food the cashier came to two tables seated near us and informed them that they were all out of broccoli cheddar soup, so I figured I had gotten the last of it. When the cashier brought us our food they brought my boyfriend the WRONG salad and informed me they didn't have broccoli cheddar soup. (Why they didn't tell me sooner than bringing out the other food or maybe even when she told the other tables, that I can't tell you ). I then had to substitute it for the chili and she also informed me that they didn't have bread bowls (why didn't she tell me when I ordered I can't tell you that either). It gets worse though, while I was sitting there eating the chili ( that I didn't even want) they put potato soup on there soup board for people to order.... and I was told they had none. So needless to say I will NOT be back to this McAlister's and recommend...

I ordered a half and half combo, half roast beef, is should I say break with thin slices of roast beef and southwest salad. The salad had very small amounts of chicken, thinly sliced. Was supposed to have a black bean relish, but what is had was 6 total black beans and maybe about 10 pieces of corn. The salad portion was fair, just not the southwest part. But considering they are barely making any money at $16 for a half sandwich and half salad. It makes sense that they would skimp on the black beans, corn AND salad dressing. Oh, and I ordered ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait in line...but I had to wait behind 5 different orders. When I finally made it to the counter after about 10 minutes, the kid turned around and got my stuff...which had been sitting behind him instead of at the 'to go' cabinet. $17 for this poor service, the food was fair at best and aside from lettuce , everything else was limited in portion.
