VERY disappointing this time, usually I don't have much issues here @this location since it's close nearby 4 me 2 get to. I ordered a large matcha latte, drink size seems smaller than a large?? Then it was lukewarm in temperature, the the matcha wasn't even mixed/blended either, its all floated up 2 the surface of the drink. Never had that happen b4...idk is it all a bunch of newbies now working there that just don't either how 2 b a barista, or just don't care how the product comes out 2 the public?? Idk which, I'm an avid customer of DD can see thru my app of how frequently we go there & my daughter too. Drink wasn't even filled up 2 top as it usually is too, idk maybe need 2 find/go 2 another location then or further down the road 2 the nearest Starbucks instead?? This is my time 2 treat myself, as I'm also a local biz owner too. I would never have sent this out 2 a customer of mine looking like this either...maybe more staff training needed?? Also ordered a speciality holiday donut too, idk how this gonna turn out either... we'll see?? This is an add onto this original posting. Read moreFor the most part the crew here are wonderful. They are working their butts off when busy, as the manager, who by the way does not help, tells them she can not give out more hours as her and the shift leads have to get their hours. This manager never stays past 9/10 am even when scheduled later. She hires people without even an interview and they do not train or assist the new people, again the crew do, but the manager will not talk to them. The manager is leaving and training a shift lead who is not even 18 yet to run the store, but from the way she is training this poor girl is set for failure. They do not give breaks to the crew. Ill labor law is 10 minutes paid for every 4 hours. The manager stays punched in all day and adjusts her hours the next day. My guess is she punches herself for a full shift she did not even work. They are always running out of things ( who does the orders?). This Dunkin needs a manager who cares about their job and cares about the people who work for them. Take a look at their turn over, not good from my view. Stay away from here and maybe if they lose busines because of the way it is ran they will learn. Read moreThe black/mixed manager guy is soooooo rude and has no customer service skills not many people that work here does. But surprisingly the team workers are so much more professional then that manager. He wouldn't even give me corporate office number. He didn't want me to let them know that he called me names for getting back in line and telling him he gave me the wrong order. Wouldn't just give me my change back he had to make a big deal out of me getting my change back for receiving an item that I'm allergic too and could have made me so sick. An item I would NEVER ask for. They did not repeat my order so this wouldn't happen. If you didn't hear me then ask me what I said before handing me just anything.id rather travel further just as my parents do because of this young mixed guy that is super rude plus they aren't clean enough the coffee here tastes as if they don't clean their machine or the pot for the next day. The lines be too long for them to have horrible tasting coffee. You pay way too much for it to not get the best tasting coffee. And their prices for their food is ridiculous and over priced. It was so high for two stuffed bagels that should of been a dollar turned out to be 4 dollars and their drinks are nasty who made up the menu?...
