McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

So decided to go in dine and as soon as I walked in door friendly staff with smile I had the pleasure of having my order taken by tequila who was friendly big smile and helpful she took my order and told me to have a seat and she would bring it to my table seeing It was just with my three kids that small jesture meant a great deal we sat patiently waiting for food to arrive she food brought to table lets start with food I ordered a double quarter with cheese it was really good grill team 5/5 then fries was fresh not too salty nor under salted fry station 5/5 the drink tasted like a coke an not water my kids loved their happy meal it made them feel good as I sat and ate my food I looked around just soaking up the energy in the restaurant and cleanliness was 5/5 as I left I spoke with the maintenance employee Jamie just hello and a little small talk but didn't want to disturb his work however he was friendly pulling weeds really focused on leaving property looking good he really liked his job and said hopes to work his way up that was a good experience reminds me of going to sit in McDonald's back when I was a child I hope everyone gets that experience when they go...

The staff is helpful on some occasions but otherwise it's blatantly clear that some of the employees just don't care about the quality nor do they have any interest in satisfying their customers. Personally I can't stand McDonald's regardless but that's mainly just because my palate's more accustomed to higher class food that takes time and preparation to perfect, as well as noticing that the chefs actually care and are prideful about their dishes. McDonald's is just a disgrace to food in general and the only time I'd ever be caught dead in one is because I'd be taking a friend or dropping someone off. No judgement to people who actually enjoy their food but it just bothers me that the people who work there diminish the atmosphere by giving attitude and just seem to rush everything just so they can get it over with and go home. It's a pity that places like this are no longer capable of being called a family environment because of their carelessness in terms of the vulgar language, the grimy atmosphere, as well as their lack of discretion towards keeping...

I had a very strange experience last evening, while visiting my Mom at the rehab place down in Rockford, I went to a McDonalds down the road while she had her dinner - I hadn't been to a McDonalds in a long time ...mostly because their food had become virtually inedible over the years ...so anyway, I went just to "get something in me" and was greeted like they were actually glad I came, I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and a drink my order came up in a few minutes and I found a quiet place to eat - I was shocked with my first bite of the burger ...it was steaming and juicy, tasted like a burger should be, it was freshly made with fresh ingredients and tasted like a Quarter Pounder used to 30 years ago - the fries were cooked perfectly and served hot as well - the root beer tasted like old fashioned root beer ...this restaurant was like going back 30 years, only in a modern building - it was a good meal served in a modern McDonalds very strange indeed ~ ...that hasn't happened in Madison for...
