Since November 2022, I've rented the office space next door for some reason. I have gone here religiously for lunch. I often have problems. The meal is salmon and jurk chicken, and it comes out to about $20. Does not drink , Anna " the owner " seen On the news recently speaking about Woman owned businesses. but often, when there's a problem with the food, she does not deal with it. She sends the lady who works to register today I made my order and was told it would be done 15 mins later 1 hr later the food wasn't done , and Anna wouldn't come to the front to speak to me Owner to Owner. So I requested a refund The front desk clerk went back and forth for exchanging messages between me and the owner until such time a refund could be given by this time the food was done and she was upset I no longer wanted the food.
Now we know you have partners in this business, but if you want to be considered a business owner, you have to deal with your customer's problems head-on. You can not send your receptionist back and forth when a customer is asking a question that only a manager can authorize .

It comes with 2 pieces of catfish, hush puppies, cole slaw and fries which the chef was nice enough to remake me another batch of fries because he was concerned on how they came out. Both batches were fine to me, but I definitely appreciate his consideration.
