Wendy's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Came in at Sunday at around 730pm Drive thru was empty Start placing my order and the woman (Justice - from receipt ) on the other end sounded so dead 😂 yes dead I could tell it was probably her day off and she was called in or something. So uninterested basic OK OK got to the window and didn't say anything other than take my card and give back next window I got my order which I wanted ketchup and honey mustard said it will be in bag, but it wasn't. same rude and uninterested attitude from the Goldie lock hair guy I opened my order and WTH wendys I ordered the spicy chicken sand combo. I thought I had received a $3 sandwich . Chicken was so tiny and didn't look ANYTHING like the picture. I should have gotten a biggie bag and would have been a better deal. I really thought I had gotten a wrong sandwich which I came back to return. Now there were a few cars in drive thru I got to the lady and I explained that I thought I had gotten a wrong sand she rudely said WELL THATS ALL IT COMES IN THE SANDWICH MAYO LETTUCE AND TOMATO. AND THAT IS THE COMBO my sandwich looked like a MCCHICKEN FRM MCDONALS. POOR PIECE OF LETTUCE, NO TOMATO LOTS OF MAYO. 😭 NEVER AGAIN. THIS PLACE OR THE SANDWICH. I will never go to this Wendy's again. I'm in a wheelchair so I parked in the handicapped parking. The sidewalk you have to take is uneven and difficult to travel. The doors are barely wide enough to get my chair through. After I placed my order, the shift supervisor placed my order on a tray, called my name, but left the tray all the way back on the counter where I couldn't reach it and walked away. She saw me in a wheelchair, so how rude is that. A cook saw me try to reach my order but made no attempt to help me until I looked at him and angerly said, WELL!!! Even on the counter with the condiments on it had everything pushed all the way to the back, making it very difficult to reach anything. Thanks for a helpful customer I was able to get what I needed. The only good thing about this visit was the food itself. My meal tasted good, I have no complaints. If you're a wheelchair user, avoid this restaurant at all cost, you'll be...

Worst customer service ever. The management and front counter couldn't get anything right. Do not listen when taken orders. Use to be a great place to eat. The Manager was awesome back then. He would always greet you with a smile. Make sure your order was right. If it wasn't there was not a problem getting it made the right way. Today I couldn't get what I ordered. Had to change my order. Then it wasn't made correctly. My husband went back again. Manager rude again! Handed food to my husband again lid wasn't closed so when husband went to get it it slid out of the container and hit the floor. We order 2 meals charged us for one. OK, that's alright we share fries and drink. We share everything. Well ding dang guess what didn't even get the flipping fries. Paid 23 dollars and some change for a drink ten nuggets and a cheeseburger. Thank you Wendy's for your most value incompetent employees. We are out our money with no food...
