I'm a regular customer, and I've unfortunately noticed a real change in the atmosphere and quality here recently. The wait times seem longer, and the staff doesn't seem as warm and welcoming as they used to be. I understand being busy, but I miss the friendly smiles and personal touch. Even the food seems different my sandwich bread was noticeably burnt, and the iced coffee was undrinkably bitter the last two times I been in. After circling the entry once, I figured out it’s a horseshoe and not a golf cart parking lot. Obviously, I definitely need my coffee!!!

I order off menu because I know what I like and the attendant, who looked & acted very much like Christof from Frozen, was VERY focused & enthusiastically made sure he got it exactly right & relayed it to the barista perfect.
