Very long review. 100% Factual. I'm a Retired Marine Vet so you aint gettin nothing but facts. My Blood Pressure had been climbing steady for the last 3 years. Finally at 165/99 my doctor and I decided to start Medication. But before I submitted my body to lifelong BP Meds, I wanted to try CBD. The folks at the CBD Trading post helped me pick out the right stuff to try. We did not know how much it might help, but we all thought it was worth a try, and many studies have shown some significant results. 3 weeks now. and I have taken VERY low doses of CBD. Very low doses. I read studies that have shown where stress and a high adrenaline lifestyle like military, police, fire and other first responders, our hypertension is a result of years of stress built up from adrenaline. I have low cholesterol. I take no Medication. I workout EVERYDAY, listing weights and cardio. I had no physical reasons for high blood pressure, except for living a very high stress life(lots of deployments). After 3 Weeks of CBD.. MY Blood Pressure has dropped from 165/99 to 110/62. I check it everyday, morning afternoon and evening. I get some measurements of 107/60. I get nothing higher than 121/80 at any point during the day. I am going to stop taking CBD to test how long this will last. I am not a doctor, I do not have any financial interest in CBD. I am just an American Veteran who wants to stay healthy like everybody else. And all of my BP readings are recorded in the memory from BOTH of my BP Testing Kits. One from the VA, and the one from Walgreens. I use both just to compare. Walgreens one varies a little bit more, so the VA BP Monitor is the more accurate one. I take NO BP Medication from the doctor. I also said a prayer. And I do credit GOD for this. Absolutely. We live in Rockport and visit that location often; when we went in the last time they just happened to be sold out of our favorite, so we decided to try the other store in AP. We called before driving all that way to make sure they had the gummies we were looking for and to our surprise the did, but they also stopped us in our tracks and said "we'll bring it Rockport, give us 15 minutes!" - right on the dot they called us back and let us know they were waiting in store for us with our names on them.
