Bella la Brew Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Rockport

Tried this place while in town for the weekend. I really wanted to love it because it’s close to my hotel and had retail my daughter would have love to shop. We were coming back since Nearest Starbucks is miles away. I mentioned this and ordered a Caramel Macchiato. It’s was mostly old milk with a spit of caramel and no coffee flavor at all and it had expresso in it. I left with it and came back to store. The cashier took the drink back and begin to add stuff to it. Food handling 101, never take the food back from a customer. You literally violated food handlers laws by doing so… And if the customer said the milk tastes sour, why just add flavor to it and not make it fresh. I asked for a refund, if I couldn’t get a fresh coffee. Mind you I drink maybe 2 gulps. She said ok and wouldn’t make a fresh one. So I got my money and left. As a restaurant manager, absolutely would be embarrassed at your staff for not wanting to make fresh coffee for someone who returned a cup because it wasn’t made right. Starbucks gets it wrong but makes it right. Totally have to make the drive is this is the service coffee...

My husband and I visit this coffee shop every time we are in town. The baristas are amazing! Not only do they provide the best customer service, but they make some amazing drinks!! My husband and I agree they serve the best Pumpkin Spiced Latte in TX!! I also tried their special Peppermint bark holiday latte and it was also amazing... no surprise there!

I highly recommend stopping by if your in the area. They have a cute botique next door, so while your coffee is being made, you can browse through all the goodies! If your drink is ready, and you’re in the shopside, the baristas will bring your order...

Wow... where to start? This coffee shop was not only very cute and cozy, but the coffee was amazing (coming from a fellow barista) and the employees were by far some of the best people I have met. They were so kind and made our trip to Rockport 10 times better with their good attitudes. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t have the highest expectations, but man did my jaw drop at the way I felt when I left. I am now in the best mood from visiting this shop and my mind is still thinking about the next time I will go in to hang out and have a great cup of coffee and a croissant.
