Poor service and lack of management pretty much sums it up. Pulled in for a quick five piece spicy chicken strip meal with fries. I was advised that it would take about three minutes for some more spicy strips, and to pull forward of the already waiting car in line. After about 20 minutes of waiting. I walked back inside. I noticed several vehicles go through the drive-thru, and not have to wait. I asked about my five-piece meal. The young girl who took my order out the window, ask the cooks for some more spicy strips. They didn't have enough to fill my order. Obviously the ones that were cooked were sold to other people behind me. The young girl who took my order at the window was running back and forth in the kitchen trying to put meals together. Meanwhile there where numerous staff watching her, and standing around barely sweeping the floor. I don't expect a whole lot from a fast food restaurant. But this was pretty sad. Read moreUpon arrival I was met with rude service because I drove up to the window because there wasn’t anyone answering the drive thru lane. I had placed an online order and went to pick it up, only to be met with frustrating and dismissive service. The employee I spoke to couldn’t find my order and made very little effort to look for it. She told me I would have to dispute my nearly $100 order with Corporate. When I asked to speak with a manager, she smirked and told me that her manager wouldn’t tell me anything different — a response that was both rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, I waited and the manager eventually came out. They were helpful, polite, and quickly took care of my order. It’s unfortunate that the manager had to step in to provide the kind of service that should be standard. The original employee’s attitude was completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing role. With that kind of demeanor, she shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Read moreGiving even one star for tonight's service in Rockport is TO MUCH!! We ordered our food, and had an extremely long wait time. My husband got up to see what was taking so long. Apparently they ran out of biscuits, and had to make more. While we were waiting an elderly gentleman placed his order. We finally got our food shortly after, and had to ask for plastic forks. The young man behind the counter was slow, and rude. By the time my husband and I finished our meal of cold food. The older gentleman was asking about his order which still hadn't come out. The young man behind the counter became confrontational with the older gentleman! The young man, and a woman were telling the older gentleman to just leave. He finally asked if he could atleast have his chicken. They thru some chicken in a box, and he left. A few minutes later a woman employee was trying to tell the manager what the young man did, and she just brushed it off. Then the man's onion ring's came up, and they said just throw them away!
