I had a lot of bad experiences before but honestly. This one took the cake and ate the crumbs. I was disappointed how small the options for food was. 3 entire bays for hot food. But yet only 2 was used. A lot of it was empty and the place was not that busy. Tried a few of the fried options and spit them out. It wasn't overall bad taste but a lot of it was not hot. They put plastic over the trays to do less cleaning but at the cost of the food getting cold fast. Or the food was hard on a few items and some I didn't expect. The service was terrible. I asked for a easy drink. Sweet tea. I was eating for a few minutes before the drink was placed. Overall worse buffet I ever have been too. I love Chinese buffets but this one would never go near again and you couldn't pay me to try it regardless of the time. It's been hours since I went and my stomach is still hurting me and for 3.hours it felt like someone punched me in my gut.but completely. The worst part is some of the food did have good flavor, like really good. Would have given it 4 stars overall if the food was at least decently warm. They either need to change their ways. Or they need to close down before someone actually gets extreme sickness because of their business practices. If the owners is reading these. 2 things. 1. Take the plastic off. Yes you got to take longer to wash the dishes but it will make sure the food stays fresher and hotter longer. 2. While someone is paying a bill. Do NOT TALK IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE OTHER THEN THE PERSONS PAYING LANGUAGE. it felt like I was in the middle of an argument and was extremely uncomfortable. So just wait till that person leaves and don't also talk in the middle of the place to what I assume was your daughter who is at the front. Again big mistake. Overall I give this place and experience a -10 out of a 1 to 10 stars. #food critical...
Read moreFirst time eating here and the last time. Went on a mini vacation and decided since it was close to where I was staying to give it a try so I called for the prices. I was told the fee for buffet included a drink. I figured good price. Cant go wrong. Well big mistake.. we went in the evening after a day at the beach. Very small selection of food. The salad had a fly in it. The walnut shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. So I figured well cant go wrong with a steak.. I was wrong again. I asked for 2 steaks one rare and one well done and when done I asked which was which and cook nodded. Got to my table and checked which was which. Well it smelled old and sour. Decided we had enough. We got the bill and it included a charge for drinks. I brought it up to the attention of the manager and I was polite about it and she became very irate and made a scene. said I spoke to her and she did not say that. Made it seem as if I was trying to not pay bill. I was simply trying to inform her of information given and about findings at the buffet table. Very poor customer service skills. Let's just hope they don't treat all out of towners this way... never again will I go there and will even let my family and friends know of the bad experience so they wont have same...
Read moreArrived at this Restaurant at about 7:15 p.m. all you can eat seafood and Chinese. Service was great and our Wait Person was very attentive and friendly. We’re not All-You-Can-Eat type of people but we decided to give it a try. I liked the Raw Oysters and and Crab Legs along with all the other Chinese Foods! They had a “To Order” Stir Fry Bar where you pick what you want stir fried and they cook it for you while you wait! Very nice! Food was continually being brought out as well as the many deserts. They did have a serve yourself hard dipped ice cream bar with eight flavors. The hiccup was that they only had four raw oysters and once I scooped them up they didn’t bring any more out. Price was $11.50 Dinner All You Can Eat while the Lunch Menu was advertised at $8.50. We shall return!
