Came here for dinner on Sunday night and it was BUSY to say the least! Although this is the second time I've tried to eat at this Gloria's, I apparently didn't get the hint by making a reservation beforehand! The whole meal that we had had tasted great, our server was so nice, and we had a good time. The only thing that wasn't good were the drinks. We started off by ordering some margaritas on the rocks - the Spicy Mango and Spicy Pineapple Margaritas. One sip in and my drink was entirely too sweet - so was my friend's. We didn't want to complain but they were just too sweet to drink. Our server was so nice and offered to replace them. We ended up ordering two Palomas in Moscow. When we tried those drinks we realized that the margaritas weren't a fluke but at that point it was the bartender - the Palomas were too sweet as well. Come to find out from our server later, their regular bartenders weren't working that night and the two they had were fill-ins. That was a let down. Because I don't like to waste alcohol 😂(and our server had kindly said before he brought the Palomas out that we couldn't swap again) I slowly drank my drink but it took me a while, even after finishing my meal. Besides that, all of our food tasted great. We shared the Pupusas and the Combination Fajitas. The Pupusas were hot and delicious and the slaw was just right. The Fajitas were also really good, the steak cooked just right and both the corn and flour tortillas tasted great. The rice and beans that are usually an after thought at many other Tex-Mex and Latin restaurants were also really good - the rice was so flavorful! For dessert we ended everything out with the Flan (mainly because it's my one and only favorite dessert and I hadn't tried it at Gloria's before), and it was so decadent and creamy! That was one of the best Flan's I've ever had 🤤 Besides the bad drinks - and they were bad - the rest of my meal was really good and our server was very attentive and super nice. I will definitely be back...

I have been to this Gloria's before. Atmosphere was cute! Restrooms were clean with the black toilets. I know it is hott outside and the a/c is working over time but they should move the tables from under it because water drips onto the chairs and tables. It dripped on top of my head at the table we were orginally seated at so we had to move tables. I ordered a drink they were advertising outside of their door (La Dueña - Ingredients Casamigos Mezcal, tamarindo, chipotle pineapple syrup, sweet and sour) but it looked nothing like the picture.....(okay cool) but the mixture did not taste good to me and I like a pineapple flavor with alcohol any day! Picture advertised(nice yellow and tropical) what I received(muddy water), exchanged it for a swirl margarita with tajin and it was lovely! I ordered tostada ceviche which stated that it would be shrimp ceviche but when I received it there was no shrimp as stated, only fish which was not stated in the description. I tried to explain to the server but he kept saying it said fish and I was like I hear you but it said shrimp. He then got the manager Alfredo to step in and assist me. He normally works at the Addison Gloria's and he was so freaking AWESOME!!! He was polite, rectified the situation immediately and I just luv him!!!!

My wife had the Pollo con Champiñones and it was so BOMB!!!!

P.S. Eddy was our server. He was lovely in the beginning but once I started calling them on the things that I did not like, he started to be stand-offish. Eddy it was not your fault, you were just the middle man. Please don't lower your level of customer service just because the customer has a question or complaint regarding the food being served...

We had a big group here. The table turnaround here is constant. Someone gets up, the tables are immediately made ready for the next guest. If you have a big group, you will HAVE to wait. There's absolutely no going around it. These guys have the table real-estate system down to a science. (Well the managers do)

I came expecting to wait and you can't be upset or impatient about a situation you are not in control of. So I'm not touching on that.

It's that they put us in two lateral table groups next to each other and gave us two different servers. We should have been at one table. There was indeed plenty of room to make this happen. Why it didn't is beyond me. I think they wanted to seat and make us happy as fast as possible. So I can't be upset or mad about this.

The food was good. I ordered the Shrimp Relleno. The shrimp was very smelly but only parts of it at first. I ate it anyways and didn't get sick. It was still delicious. Onions were very undercooked. Oh well I just didn't eat them. I didn't like the rice but my wife did, so it was me. I took a picture of it because the plate was very fancy.

I can't tell you about the other part of our groups waiter, but our waiter was awesome. He was so busy and STILL was able to take great care of us. Thanks Aris.

They took our cake when we arrived and when we were ready the put the candles on it and then brought it out to us and lit the candles for us.

All in all it with expected hiccups, we had a great time. Thanks Alanzo and your team of talented individuals for taking...
