The redheaded, bearded gentleman working the drive-through today had possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I tasted my Coke to make sure it was Coke, and it tasted funny. I told him that it tasted funny, and asked if he wanted to taste it to see if he thought so too. His reply to me was "not really." He gave me another Coke, which I didn't ask for, and I pulled forward. The new Coke still tasted funny, which I figured it would, and I noticed the cookie was missing from my daughter's meal so I pulled back around to the drive-through and said to him "the cookie is missing from my daughter's meal" His reply to me was "you didn't tell me what kind you wanted." I replied with "you didn't ask". He stuck the cookie out to me real fast like" here, take it", so I did and left. I tried to call over and over and no one would pick up the phone, and when they finally did, I asked for the manager. I man got on the phone and said he couldn't hear me and could I call back and when I called back and let it ring over and over, no one picked up. Read moreI've been a regular customer who usually enjoys the Fiesta Chicken Sandwich from this place. However, my recent order, three days ago, was a complete letdown. The chicken was dry and tougher than my previous experiences.
Upon contacting the restaurant, I was promised a resolution, but the manager's attitude when I arrived was anything but accommodating. Despite having an electronic receipt, I was hassled about not having a physical one, making the situation unnecessarily difficult.
I ended up purchasing the subpar sandwich again, mainly to spare the delivery staff from the manager's attitude. It was a strange and uncomfortable encounter, and I'm left questioning the professionalism and customer service of this establishment. The manager's behavior suggested a lack of understanding and a reluctance to address genuine customer concerns.

Read moreSUPER staff! Found out Wed b1g1free pizza by accident today. (In the drive-thru) Ordered a 2nd same pizza by reflex. (It has avocado) Called my coworker/neighbor to see if she'd like 1 of them & she does, but she doesn't like avo. 🤦♀️! I'm too short to knock on the windows so when Ms. open up to give me the order I'm "would you please put the avo from 1 pizza on the other 1? AND THEY DID! SUPER NICE about it too! No huffy, no puffy, a nice young man brings it around to me all friendly (pulled up so I don't block the drive-thru). Thank you Staff, I promise I'll be less 😵💫 the next time I stop by. Before this I'm a every so often customer. Now I will be in more often to support your place of work! And the food is good too, but I've said goodbye to good food before when it was accompanied by unkind peeps. Keep kind!
