Gave us a completely different order. When we informed them of the mistake they said to give them a few minutes and then instructed us to pull up and they would bring it to us. Minutes later, an employee brought us only half of our order and explained there was a computer glitch and that someone else had gotten our order. We asked where the rest of our order was and she informed us that they have been trying to explain to their boss what happened and she's not listening, nor wanting to give us the rest of our order. We eventually go into the store only to be offered coupons for our inconvenience...NOT the rest of our food. We asked for a refund since we didn't get all of our food that we paid for and again was refused. During this whole time the manager on site refused to come out of her office to talk to us, however she had instructed all of her employees to not give us the rest of our order or a refund. Never in my life have I seen such ridiculous behavior and not given something I have paid for. Read moreJust had a pretty rough experience tonight. Was charged way too much for putting grilled chicken in our tacos instead of beef. We questioned the charging and the blonde dude with a GIGANTIC hickey on his neck started to get very triggered and angry. He told us “it is the way it is” but i have never been charged so much for grilled chicken soft tacos at taco bell EVER. Basically they were double charging us. He started to get aggressive and began to yell, the girl at the window ended up slamming the window so we wouldn’t have to hear his yelling. The girl at the window was very apologetic for his behavior and was very kind to us. Since they didn’t know how to refund on a credit card, he threw $5 at us & was still very angry. We offered to just not get the tacos. Not sure what triggered him to get so angry, but he blamed it on his fellow employees “knowing nothing.” I felt very bad for the sweet girl at the window. Asked the manager to make Alex change his gloves due to grabbing his rear end 3-4 times & then continued making food. He finally changed them. Then when they ran out of tomato the same pair of gloves touched not only touched the containers, raw tomatoes & a napkin on the floor, he grabbed a napkin to wipe them off to continue making food. When I stopped him & asked he changed them he decided to argue with me over it. He did finally change them. Threw our bag at me AND got the order wrong. So, they had to remake half the order. We were there 20 min before they even got to our order in the first place. Worst experience there ever. Hey, it's Taco Bell, but come on.
