World's slowest drive thru. So ridiculous! 🤦 Dalton's card reader doesn't work, asking someone inside to help him (with no success) and is struggling in the outside lane of the drive thru today.
"Xavier" at this location needs to be fired. 💯 Period. He thinks it's cute to belittle, talk down to paying customers and refuses to hand the drinks to us even though that's his job as he's standing between the window and the cars. Literally.
They got our order wrong. He asked who took the order, and when I didn't remember the kids name that took our order, Xavier replied "well I can't help you if you can't tell me who took your order". When Nick (inside the drive thru, inside the restaurant) was correcting the drink order. He was super helpful to me and very uncomfortable with Xavier's behavior. Nick hands the drinks to Xavier to hand to me, and Xavier refused to do so. Then popped off and said "well since I have an attitude ma'am, I can't help you then, Nick you can give her her drinks." 🤯 I quickly encouraged him to do better and to stop being such an @$$.
We had to explain to him without us buying at the restaurant he works for, he doesn't have a job.
I've called the restaurant directly, spoke with a manager....I also called corporate and filed a compliant.

Read moreI wanted Chick Fil A for lunch and asked for a chicken sandwich with pepper jack and no bun, yogurt, and an unsweetened tea. I end up getting American cheese on my sandwich and a very sweet tea (even though it was marked the way I wanted it). I called and was explaining the situation and was hung up on. I then called back and spoke to Rosio and she offered her apologies and fixed the issues on my next visit. I went for dinner for my family tonight and did not use the option that Rosio gave me since it was dinner and I was feeding my family so I just ordered per usual on my app. I had to wait a little longer than everyone else which was fine but when I got home I was this time missing my son's sandwich. I called and spoke to Jordan and he was nice, but basically acted as if there was nothing that could be done. He said sorry and that was the extent of it. Considering the meal I bought was about $10-12 bucks, I am going to need more than a sorry and a passive aggressive phone conversation. It is so frustrating. I don't expect much and I know things happen but this has happened 4 times (the last 4 times) I have gone to a Chick Fil A. Read moreMy sister and I both got meals from Chick-fil-A, and to our shock, there was a cockroach in my chicken mini meal. I immediately called the store, but the call kept going to voicemail. Since we couldn’t reach anyone, my sister went back to the location in person to speak with a manager.
Around 10:25 AM on Thursday, August 8th, she spoke with the manager on duty — and unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly. She explained what happened, not to blame anyone, but simply to make them aware. The manager was dismissive and brushed the issue off without offering an apology or showing any real concern. She had to ask for a refund herself, and was only given a partial refund.
I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service for years, so I completely understand that mistakes can happen. But this was a serious food safety issue, and the way it was handled was unacceptable — especially coming from a brand like Chick-fil-A, which is known for its customer service.
Please double-check your food before eating. I truly hope this store takes the matter seriously and addresses both the food safety concern and the way it was handled...
