Literally the WORST cricket I have ever experienced!! First of all it was around 4pm and their open sign was not on so we were unsure as to if they were open or not. My friend and I walked in and nobody greeted but instead the staff just stared at us. Did not ask what we needed today or anything so WE had to come start the conversation first and let them know. I figured that this store would be be excellent since it just opened and its in the Rockwall area. But I was so livid about the staff that never again will I come to this cricket. A lady came in behind us but she waited a bit at the door as she was waiting for her children when one of the employees said "cmon lady you can do it the door is right there" which makes me wonder what little smart ass comment they said when my friend and I arrived. I honestly feel like the cricket's in other areas (garland, balch springs, etc..) ones that I have previously gone to before are WAY better than this location and actually look presentable for their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRICKET TO ANYONE!!!...

When the employee completely deactivated her phone and the phone was no longer working afterwards. All we wanted was to remove the hotspot. I ended up having to pay $100 dollars to get the phone turned back on and fix a EMPLOYEES mistake. When the mistake was brought to the employees attention he was very rude and disrespectful. I turned the store in and the employee. I will leave the cricket service and go to a different carrier. I believe I shouldnât have had to pay $100 dollars to fix a EMPLOYEES MISTAKE. He never once apologized nor did he even try to help get the matter resolved his co-worker had to fix the problem for us because he refused to touch the phone ever again. I can guarantee I will be reporting the store and the employee to the better business bureau and I will be talking to the manager...
   Read moreIf I could literally give zero stars I would. My boyfriend went to buy a new screen protector. He asked for a screen protector that would fit his phone thinking it was a 14. I would assume the store associate would have enough common sense given he works in A PHONE STORE to say hey actually your phone is a plus the regular wonât fit. He waited till we paid and was placing it on the phone for him to say âoh this is two smallâ . He not once said he was sorry or tried to offer a solution. He simply froze up and let us figure out ourselves. He needed to give us the correct size and comp it. Even his associate next to him told him ââŚ.and this time check the size đâ. This guy even tried to upsale him after messing up and insisting itâs on us and weâll have to by other one. Or at least thatâs what he pulled out of him. He simply couldnât even make eye contact. Thatâs just very wrong on their part...
