I recently visited GameStop and had a great experience, especially as a Pokémon fan. This location had a wide selection of different Pokémon card packs — including sets that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere. It felt like a treasure hunt going through the shelves and seeing what was available. What really stood out was their collection of mystery plushies. There were a bunch of different options, and the staff was super helpful in explaining how the mystery items work and which collections were currently in stock.
The store was well-organized, clean, and welcoming. I appreciated how easy it was to browse without feeling rushed. There was also a good mix of collectibles, games, and accessories for different gaming systems, so it wasn’t just for Pokémon fans — but if you’re into the franchise, this is definitely a good stop.
Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products, which made the shopping experience even better. I’d recommend this GameStop location to anyone looking for Pokémon items, whether you’re a collector or buying a gift for someone. I’ll definitely be coming back to see what new merch and cards...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve had with customer service in a while. Paid $438 for a refurbished XBOX Series X. Got it and ever since then I’ve had nothing but issues.Got a broken controller with it, one of the buttons was not working as intended, drove out 30 Minutes again, chose a different controller which was also broken. Spoke to the guy on the phone who was getting an attitude about this endeavor and did not behave professional at all claiming “I don’t know dude it’s your money” and then laughs. No apologizing on behalf of the company, nothing. I’d get better service at McDonalds. And on top of this he claims that “refurbished” items are not supposed to work as intended which is ridiculous ? Refurbished items may have blemishes and what not but are supposed to work as intended. This makes me wonder about whether Xbox has been looked at by a proper professional and if I’ll be having trouble with it down the road, which is why I’m turning it back in and just buying a brand new one instead. Very disappointing experience, definitely not shopping at GameStop...
Read moreTerrible policies and even worse customer service. I have been a loyal customer here for years and I have purchased several consoles and games here through the years. I'm sure I've spent well over $3000 through the years. I recently purchased a PS4 500GB system for $199 plus about $200 worth of controller and games about 3 weeks ago. I noticed that Costco has a 1TB PS4/Battlefields II combo for only $239 which is a much better deal. So I contacted the store and spoke with John the assistant manager to see if I could get a price match and I was informed that they do not offer any price match and that I cannot return the console either. I proceeded to tell the fellow that I have been a loyal customer there for years and he replied "well that's our policy" I informed him that I would leave a negative review on Google and his callous reply was "You're more than welcome to leave a negative review". Do yourself a favor, spend your money at a retailer that cares about their customers, because this one obviously doesn't. If I could give it negative 5...
