If I could give a negative one star review I would. When driving back from a long trip, I ordered my food through the app before it was midnight. This Taco Bell was advertised as being open till 1 am by the way. The app let me order, I paid for the food and pulled up to the drive thru a little after midnight. After spending a good 15 minute waiting for someone to answer, my boyfriend and I drove through the window. We saw someone clearly there standing around. We knocked on the window, got ignored multiple times. Let me keep reminding that this wasn’t even close to closing time. Finally, a extremely rude worker opened the window and point blank told us to cancel our mobile order since they are “short staffed” and she will not be making our order. After explaining we already had paid for our food through the app, she made us cancel the whole order. We were the only ones in line, the lights were still on and we were spoken to so rudely by her. This location needs to get their workers in check. Is she getting paid to just stand around all day? Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced at any Taco Bell. I was coming home from dinner with a friend abs my sister asked me to pick up Taco Bell for her. She placed the order ahead, I was just the gopher. Multiple times I told the guy I didn't know the specifics of the order but it looked like something she would order and he then insisted on reading it to me. I reiterated I didn't know the specifics and asked if there was more than 1 orde with that name, he said no. I said then wouldn't you guess maybe that's the order, thank you i will see you at the window. I then had to sit for another twenty minutes 2 cars from the window. When I finally got the order, the food was stone cold. You could see on the screen that they overrod the timing system to make it look like they were going faster than it actually are. Read moreThe girl who took my order was pleasant, but the food was terrible. 17$ wasted. I also rounded up for college fund for the employees... I think they had everything already made so when I added jalepenos to my crunchrap, maybe they were not happy getting customizations? I got the crunchwrap meal and paid extra to make the hardshell a surpreme. They put 1 tomato on the hard shell and little to no sour cream. Wish I was exaggerating... legit 1 tomato cube on the taco supreme. This was intentional. Crunchwrap was cold and old and looks like they just opened up a pre-made one and threw in a handful of jalepenos. Never going back here again. Based on the reviews I will be surprised if they stay open. Needs better management for sure. Hopefully they do because it's in a good location and could be successful if they had supervision that cared and employees that care about the food...
