The ambiance is nice, as any Longhorn Steakhouse would be. We sat in the bar area, at a high top around 5:30… service was prompt, but almost too prompt. We had no time to even settle in before being asked what we wanted to drink 3 times over. When we “finally” ordered drinks they arrived timely (only ordered beers) In my opinion, if somebody orders waters first then you should wait until they are ready instead of continuously asking and making people feel pressured. The rest of the dinner was timed out well, except he forgot one of our salads, and never checked back to see if we all got our salad course. So, only one person had salad for that course. Dinner came, and he didn’t wait around or ask if we needed anything else, condiments, salt pepper (needed) or if we were missing anything, or even to check back and see if our steaks were cooked to our liking/ordering. One was well done, instead of medium rare. Two were medium, and not medium rare but tolerable to eat. So, after 10 minutes we had to bring it up to the bar and ask to have a new one cooked, since he was not coming around again. 20 minutes since plates were dropped, the “manager” who had no idea who had the wrong steak, brought a filet to the table, when clearly only one person was without food… auctioned it off. The steak was raw. It was informed to the manager on duty that it was not okay. No condolences to the table, and the food wasn’t eaten. It was not the bartenders fault, he didn’t cook the food. But what was his fault was forgetting a salad (bringing it to somebody at the bar instead) never checking on his table, and for the manager poorly executing a recook. The food wasn’t eaten, and not even a condolence or a discount was taken into effect....
Read moreWe went on opening day and were quickly seated by the hostess, however our server was not as attentive. By the time she arrived to take our drinks we were already set to order our apps and entree’s. We also noticed that the table next to us that had the same amount of people were already getting their drinks thanks to their server being more attentive. Our steak and fries were way too salty and as a result a member in our party threw it up in the bathroom. Since they just opened I will try it out again in a couple of months but for now I’ll stick to the Manchester location.
Went back March 15 and had a worse experience. Called to ask about the wait time for party of 8 and they said currently no wait time. We arrived 10 minutes after and were told it’s a half hour wait. Okay fine. We waited half hour and asked how much longer they said 15 more minutes. Asked two more times and was told the same thing, 15 minutes more minutes. At this point we were considering leaving but had already waited so long so we decided to keep waiting. After almost a 1hr and a half wait we were finally seated. Our server was alright.
