I ordered my food in the drive thru, I ordered breast dinner bo-sized ( the person with the headset did not hear me say bo-size it) . ( I understand it was a lunch rush/ church rush) while they were preparing my order, I ask the cashier at the window for the price of a bo-berry busicut. He said "give him one second", completely understandable. The next thing he told me was that they didn't upgrade my meal to a large, and they will have to add that to the price. Perfectly fine. The issue I have is when a meal that's suppose to be 7.49 becomes 12 something to upgrade it. I asked questions about the pricing and the guy snapped and said "im not gonna argue with you about the price". All I asked is if Bojangles charge 5 dollars for a upgrade in size. He went grabbed his manager in which she explained that he added the bo-berry busicuts to the order. I never asked for an order of bo-berry busicuts, but for the price. Not once was i rude, but was just trying to understand the pricing. I know food is going up in prices everywhere. And don't mind paying for good food. All in all i don't want the guy to get in trouble or anyone. I just wish y'all teach your employees how to properly communicate with guest. Especially when they are just...
Read more(Drive thru)Ordered 2 cajun egg & cheddar biscuit combos. We said four or five times to PLEASE make sure it was the hoop cheese not regular cheese slice. Parked and looked inside to find regular cheese was on both of them. Receipt was correct - order was not) Returned inside and she started remaking and putting shredded cheese on the biscuits. I said that's not the cheddar slices that are used on cheddarbo.. she said she was confused and got a coworker who showed her where the sliced cheddar was. She continued to put it on top of the cold shredded cheese. Handed me the bag. I check and it's cold. I asked her if she could heat up because the egg and cheddar were both cold. She was confused and went to ask for help. So I just left and said tell her not to worry about it. Got back and the borounds weren't cooked all the way either (soggy/greasy). Bo rounds and fries were both placed in the bag upside down falling out into the bag. Also, the Texas Pete we asked for was not in the bag. Tea tasted spoiled like it came out of an uncleaned tea pitcher. Next time we want to spend $25, I'd go to a sit down restaurant over this bojangles. The 3 bo'berry biscuits were good. I also emailed them and never...
Read moreBy far the WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had. First off, the cashier was extremely unprofessional. Arguing with other employees IN FRONT of customers. She was acting as if taking people’s orders was a complete joke and waste of her time. We waited 15 minutes in line to actually get our food. Before getting our food we had to wait 5 minutes for them to hand it to us because they were trying to figure out who was getting off the soonest. We as paying customers actually had to wait for the employees to finish their conversation (understand the food was right in front of them, they were so interested on everyone’s schedule for the day they were unable to place the food on a tray and finish the conversation away from customers.) As I get extremely frustrated at this, I look up and see almost every employee just standing around talking. It was like the manager wasn’t there or maybe just doesn’t exist. I will not be eating at this location again. This is an embarrassment not only for rocky mount but I question if the owner even cares about how horrible this place is. Just avoid this Bojangles all together to save you time, and...
