You need to do something with your website and booking. It let's us book a room that was not available. Then when we get there we are told this.
The manager fixed the problem once she got there. If a room cannot be booked it needs to come off the site for open rooms.
The shower seat that was given to us at the beginning was disgusting. Luckily we got a room with a pull down shower seat and hand held shower sprayer, like we originally booked.
We got a small price reduction for the room mixup, and the breakfast lady that works Mon-Wed. She needs to be terminated. She is rude to who she thinks is an easy target.
Will blame you for things you did not do. Then when you finally have enough of her berating you and you say something finally she will go around trying to pull other guests and employees into it to try to play victim. She has a nasty attitude for no reason.
On top of the fact when she started into me, there was another woman there that had a plate a food piled high. Never said a word to her. Made sure though I new other people had to eat from my big cup of juice.
Then when the woman that had the big plate came back lied to her and told her I said something to the manager on her. Then lied to the manager herself and said she saw me take apart the drink machine.
Then after all of that, the very next day the front desk woman who she tried to drag into it the following day right in front of her took the drink machine apart and filled up her big cup. Not one word was said. Then started complaining about not having anything to cook.
If it was not for the mid week breakfast woman the score would be even lower. That really started what was supposed to be a relaxing time away into a nightmare the very first morning we were there.
The hot tube is amazing. The pool is perfect. The people that clean and maintain it did a good job. I give a 5 on recommendation because I have to make sure anyone I tell have them call you for rooms and not use the website. Then make sure they book mid week so they do not have to deal with the starting woman on the week...
Read moreI just want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel during Thanksgiving. My experience was far below expectations, and I have never encountered such a level of service. I checked in on the night before Thanksgiving at approximately 1 AM. While the staff I interacted with were professional and courteous, my stay was marred by several issues. I had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness concerns. The front desk staff were very understanding and went above and beyond by personally walking with me to inspect the rooms. They acknowledged the unacceptable condition of the rooms, and I have attached photos of one of the bedsheets as evidence. Eventually, I was moved to a room where I could rest, though the bathroom still had cleanliness issues. The following morning, I requested to speak with management to address these concerns. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was both unhelpful and dismissive. She appeared uninterested in my feedback, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she suggested we could leave if we were unhappy, stating that she didn’t need anyone “degrading” the hotel. This response was shocking, especially considering we were the only guests in the lobby, trying to avoid drawing attention to the situation. To make matters worse, the manager escalated the situation by calling the police. We waited outside until they arrived, and the officers were understanding of the situation. Ultimately, I chose to leave the hotel and find alternate accommodations. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially given that this hotel was once one of my top choices when visiting my family. However, I will no longer consider staying here, as I believe that guest concerns should be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of your facilities and the customer service provided by your...
Read morePros: The room was immaculate and comfortable, great shower pressure and an ample supply of towels Breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful The Black woman on the night shift was lovely; she made you feel at home and when I asked her about the cold water in the pool she was very apologetic (was supposed to be serviced that day but they never showed) Please pass on my compliments to her and the breakfast woman. (None of the staff had name tags)
Cons: Had to wait at least 3 minutes for someone to come out and check us in. The young woman had long black hair and was heavily made up (no name tag on her or any other staff unlike most hotels I've frequented) She did not make us feel welcomed - asked for ID and asked if we were traveling with pets, shoved the credit card machine in front of me and recited the check out time while giving us our room keys. Never volunteered info such as breakfast or pool times, when I asked her if the pool was open she said "yes but the hot tub is not", not letting me know that the water was not heated. Seemed like she couldn't wait to get back to the back room. The morning desk woman was no better, when I told her I was there to check out she just pushed a basket toward me to deposit my room keys without asking how our stay was or any other courteous comments. Granted, this was only an overnight stop and I was not expecting to be fawned over like a guest at the Four Seasons, but almost every other chain hotel I've stayed at (particularly the Country Inn in Dalton Georgia where I stayed at least once a year on business until 2016) extended wonderful hospitality. According to some of the reviews on TripAdvisor, other guests have had similar complaints so perhaps you can address them. (For the record I do not write negative reviews on TripAdvisor or other sites without voicing my complaints with...
