Read moreWe have been to this Andy’s in the past and had great experiences. We waited almost an hour to get a malt and a concrete. We usually go to the closest one to us in Conway. Tonight, they must have been having an off-night. There were plenty of people working, but it was extremely disorganized. Orders were coming out in no apparent sequence. No one could hear the people calling out orders because the music was so loud. The people calling out the orders were the same ones taking orders Ann’s not using the 2nd window to hand out orders. I was also over charged at the window, because I was charged for the mint syrup I requested to remove from the concrete. Very dissapointed in the Walnut location recently... I love andy's, so if you can spare the drive I would recommend visiting the...
