My experience as a bride with Baked By Kori was abysmal - especially because I reached out to them first out of all the Rogers bakeries for a wedding cake. I genuinely wanted to love the wedding cake we purchased from them, but it ended up cracked, sloppy, and missing colors and icing that we specifically paid for.

No matter how ‘delicious’ a wedding cake might be, a bride should never be embarrassed to serve it to her guests.

I was so mortified by the way that the cake turned out that I asked my photographer not to take any official pictures of it - the one you see here was taken on my phone.

As if that weren’t bad enough, when we reached out about the missing icing colors that we were charged for, the lack of detailed icing (that we were charged for) and the cracked cake (that they generously provided free of charge) our emails and attempts to contact them through their website were ignored.

Unprofessional doesn’t come close. I can’t decide if the issues with our cake were laziness or incompetence, and at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter. Either one should be a warning to anyone considering them...

We ordered a smash cake for our daughters first birthday from Baked by Kori. The bakery was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted immediately and let them know what we were looking for. We showed a reference photo for what we hoped for and added on some additional daisys around the cake. My wife was set on the colors and design, but also wanted a buttercream frosting. We picked up our order the day of her party and needless to say- the cake was perfect. It was exactly what my wife and I were wanting, and after our daughter smashed it and we tried a bite we were blown away at how amazing it tasted too. Trying to plan out a first birthday is already anxiety inducing enough. If you want an amazing cake, a relaxed atmosphere, and a kind smile- this is the place. Would certainly go back, and can't wait to bring my wife and daughter in for some cupcakes or other treats...

I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The doors were open so I’d figure they were open. There was no line, nobody else was there. Just me and my 3yr old. I go in and I’m not greeted. I go to the front desk. I start eyeing the cookies, cake pops, cupcakes etc. They don’t say, what can I help you or what can I get for you nothing just nothing. Just starting at me with nothing to say. So I say can I get one of each cookies. And I comment and say they look delicious. Still no response. And then I say can I one of each cupcake. Now only thing she says is having a party? Nope just like sweets I say. Paid and said thank you. Didn’t feel so welcomed. The cookies were basic. I put 3 stars for food because my daughter liked the cookies. I didn’t. They taste like cookies that been sitting there for 12 hours, very hard too....
