I gave you a good rating a few years ago and received a thank you response from you. So, bc of that I would like to tell you why my rating has gone down. I understand in today's economy that businesses have to do a certain things. I loved the roast beef sandwich and even though the size has shrunk (probably your way of doing "shrinkflation" which I understand) I still order it. But why I'm giving you a lower rating is bc of your staff. While I understand the younger generation has different ideas things being okay to do, I did not think it appropriate that they were shouting over to each other using profanity, throwing out the "F" word many times, while there were kids in the dining area that clearly heard it and looked at each other and then their parents. Maybe your employees were brought up to think that's ok, but not everyone does. I think everyone should have pride in how they do their job, no matter the job. And that includes how you...

So thursday august 9th at 2pm whom ever the blond female manager was reprimanding one of her coworkers very rudely (let me add) by the back counter where the food slides down so they can serve an she was speaking very loudly over my food which i asked to go an they made it for dine in so as she is unintentionally spitting on our food i say something she asked me if i wanted a whole new order i proceeded to say no ill take my money so my girlfriend then said she would have hers remade an then they tried to give her the old ones that had been talked over an also proceeded to tell my girl that they were new which was a lie so we ended up gettin all our money back an left hungry she did not yell or speak rudly too us but she did to her employees an her temper made her lose focus of the sanitation of the food that was being served (hint hint) you shouldn't speak to the crew like that when they help you become successful HAVE A NICE DAY......p.s. This morning I went to Arby’s and I had a ham and cheese on sourdough bread. Every time I have I had breakfast or lunch I have always been extremely satisfied, which is unusual for me if you have read any of my previous yelp reviews. As far as I am concerned Arby’s in Rohnert Park his probably the most underrated fast food restaurant in Rohnert park. They don’t have hamburgers but their sandwiches and breakfast menu are a delight. For lunch I am had their sandwiches and they were always very satisfing. The restaurant is clean, their prices are good, and their employees are always very nice and helpful. I only have one complaint and that is that there should be a tip jar for the employees!
