There is something seriously wrong with management here at this location. I've been to this dennys location on multiple occasions and this is the worst service I've ever received and will not longer be entering into this establishment. We walked in as a table of 6 (4 adults 2 kids) the restaurant was picking up when we got there but not nearly as busy as I've seen it be before. We sat down and everything was fine but then time started passing and no one came to get our drink order. We started to question things until the hostess came up to us saying she would take our drink order while our waitress was elsewhere. Where we don't know I still don't know who our waitress was... after giving her our drinks we sat for longer... finally a waitress from another table came up and asked us if everything was okay we said we gave our drink order and haven't recieved drinks and would like to now put in a food order. She said she would go find our waitress.... a few seconds and she was back with our drinks and said she would get our waitress for our food... minutes passed to the point we all have finished our drinks and ANOTHER waitress came by to take our food order... still not sure which one was our waitress because no one has said hello given a name Said they would be helping us... after a few more minutes we recieved food... the food looked thrown on to the plate and the toast was burnt. My sibling literally got mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella in them.. I sat and watched everyone start eating and thought well maybe mine is coming up so we waited more but everyone got done eating and I never recieved my food. I also stopped a waitress and asked if I was going to get my food about half way through everyone done eating. (which she also told me let me go get your waitress). We still never recieved refills. Finally I said never mind I don't want it anymore as you can see everyone is done eating... she proceeded to tell me they where busy. (There where maybe 7 tables including us and we counted 3 waitresses and a hostess and manager that all could of helped each other out) We've also been watching our surroundings as well and people where asking for checks and we even heard the table behind us say we've been here for 45 minutes waiting on our checks and haven't gotten a refill once. They where also very angry... no manager came up to apologize we just got a 10% discount... the way this place is ran is horrible no organization, no team work, and no communication. Someone needs to get in there and regulate... with how much people pay to go out to eat now the least you could do is your job.... awful place never going back and I'm going to tell others to avoid at all cost... dennys is not what...
Read moreDear Dennys, I am mad and I promise you deserve it. I ordered dinner to be delivered through doordash last week. As I was handing out food I realized my daughters dinner and my husbands eggs were missing! I called Dennys right away and the young lady proceeded to tell me she had packed the order herself and all the food was in the bag. I asked her what I was supposed to do for my child and she suggested I call door dash (maybe they could help me figure out the driver stole it!), she WOULD NOT let us come pick up the missing items when I requested very nicely (almost crying because I didn't want to go cook dinner for my child when I had just paid for her dinner to be delivered). I sat on the phone with door dash for 45 minutes for them to explain they cannot refund me because Dennys collected my funds. I only wanted my money back at this point because everyone had eaten dinner already and Dennys was very rude. The next morning I called Dennys back expecting a manager that would resolve the situation and return my money. The person who claimed to be management was very unprofessional! His idea to fix this was offer me chicken tenders and my husbands eggs the day after I ordered them. If Dennys had let my husband come pick up the forgotten items the same night this would have been finished and everyone slightly happy. I had already requested the food be remade the night of the order and I was REFUSED!!! I had to cook my daughter CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP after I paid for tenders to be delivered. The manager proceeded to yabber on about how they have so much trouble with door dash drivers not finding addresses and throwing food away or stealing it. He spoke over me, interrupted me multiple times and I lost my temper. I never lose my temper and I felt violated by his pushing me emotionally. All of his ranting about drivers was not my problem or related to my situation at all. My driver was courteous and found my home professionally and quickly. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and I would NEVER treat a customer how that lady spoke with me the first night. She was big headed and because of her pompousness she KNEW she had not forgotten anything, she was SO confident she ruined my night standing her ground. OH BY THE WAY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU FORGOT MY FOOD :) I'm sure that you have 100% accuracy with your bagging :). I'll finish this off with one last detail. I called corporate with high expectations, they took my number two days ago with a promised call back. I am still waiting and I can tell I am not a valued customer or they have too many complaints to respond to. I will never make this mistake again, goodbye...
Read moreMy daughter and I came in for breakfast this morning. We told our server (who never introduced herself, instead, had begun talking about how she’d like to change jobs but that she’s done this for 20 years and it’s all she knows) that her husband would be joining us shortly and that we wanted to wait to order the food after he arrived. Her husband arrived about ten minutes after we got there, however, in the meantime, the waitress came back to ask for our order two more times after we had clearly expressed we wanted to wait for him. Then when he got there, she waited twenty minutes to come take our orders. Ok, I understand, more customers had arrived by this time. We ordered our food and my daughter ordered 2 servings of the regular pancakes—that’s a total of 4 pancakes—she did not order anything else aside from her hot chocolate drink. Ok, so the waitress brings out our food now and my daughter only receives 2 pancakes so, she reminds her that she had ordered 2 servings. The waitress said she would ‘add’ another serving to the order, puts my eggs on the table, but nearly shoved my pancakes into my face and walks away! We were afforded no syrup for the cakes, and, before we could ask for any, she was gone. I began eating the other part of my meal—eggs, bacon—and my son in law was eating his too… guess who couldn’t begin eating??? That’s right, my daughter! So after several minutes and realizing that the waitress wasn’t going to check on us, I went to the kitchen to ask another worker for the syrup and the cakes are now cold, the butter won’t even melt when spread atop. The waitress walks by so we tell her that these are now cold because we waited so long for the syrup she rudely says she’ll make more. By this time, I’m finished with my food, my son in law is too—and my daughter still hasn’t received her pancakes. Finally she brings the half-burnt cakes with a mountain of butter on top, demands that my daughter hand her the other plate whilst placing the hot plate of cakes into her hand, and walks away. I take the check to the counter to pay, she is the one ringing orders, she snatches the ticket from my hand and rings me up, mutters something about a tip—so I put one on my card but she really didn’t deserve one. I ask for a box for the pancakes and she exclaims—you can heat them in the microwave when you get home. I don’t know how this gal has managed to survive as a waitress for 20 years if this is the service she provides… I never did catch her name but she was a blonde with braces and a...
